This spacious 1,000 square-foot condo filled with natural light has an air of welcoming throughout the place and plenty of room for the whole family. Gather around the comfortable furniture in the roomy, open-concept living area and watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while being warmed by the cozy fireplace. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom is outfitted with a soft King-size bed, a large TV, and a lovely en-suite bathroom with a roomy shower. Kids will love bunking down and making memories together in the bunk beds in the second loft style bedroom. At the end of the day, enjoy watching a famous California sunset from the private balcony with a wine glass in your hand.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
