- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; neighbors are close by and noise complaints may occur.
- Please keep pets off the furniture.
- No fish cleaning inside the condo.
- Early check-in is not available.
- Please bring pool towels; regular bath towels are provided.
- Pool, hot tub, and sauna hours, availability, and conditions may change without notice.
- This home is not wheelchair accessible.
- Wi-Fi is provided but may be unreliable due to local service conditions.
- Winter travelers should be prepared with 4WD/AWD and/or chains, as required during snowy conditions.
- Cleaning fee: $210.
- Pet fee: $85, max 2 pets, and no cats allowed.
- A 16% Transient Occupancy Tax required by the Town of Mammoth Lakes will be added at booking.
