Our Happy Place

Mammoth has always been our happy place so we are thrilled to have bought this cozy one bedroom condo!! We love it as is but have rennovation plans in the works already! We’d love to share our home away from home with you now and in the future as we fix her up just right!!♥️ This home is super clean and minutes by foot to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful walking trails. The shuttle to Eagle Lodge is right out the front door. You are sure to be as blessed by the surrounding beauty as we are!!

Great place to stay in Mammoth! Walking distance to everything you need in town which made for a relaxing stay. The shuttle stop to the lifts or village is a very short walk from your front door...very convenient! The condo itself is well laid out with a bedroom with a comfortable bed separate from the kitchen and main living area which gives everyone their privacy. Even the the pullout sofa bed had a mattress pad which made for a comfortable nights sleep. Lastly, the pool & 2 large hot tubs are only steps from the unit and were perfectly heated. The only thing I wish I would have known upon arrival is to pull to the very end of the driveway when you arrive to be near the unit to unload. Or, you can park and get out and read the condo map that is posted. Hope you enjoy your stay like us:)

Everything was top notch. Very clean place with fully equipped kitchen ( even knives were sharp - not very common). Close to ski area parking lot. Vons supermarket next door, parking on site. Communal hot tub and pool. The best were two things: friendly, caring and easy to contact host and Fireplace!!!! Real fire when is cold and snowy outside, nothing can beat that. Will return for sure.

I had a fantastic stay at this Mammoth condo! The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal — close to the slopes, restaurants, and hiking trails, but still peaceful and quiet.Jaimie was an exceptional host — super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. You can really tell she cares about her guests’ experience.I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Mammoth!

We love the location – walking distance to just about anything. The unit is very homey, comfortable and cute. We didn’t really make use of the kitchen, but it has everything necessary. We’ll be back!

We were very impressed with this property, and the attention to detail the owners have. We had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend away. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Very friendly. Location is centrally located. Sorry walk to our favorite places to eat and coffee. Highly recommend this property!

Very nice property well equipped with everything needed. Clean, well maintained. Great location convenient to the lakes, a couple minute drive to Vann's grocery store, restaurants, and less than an hour from the Tioga Rd entrance to Yosemite. Very happy with Happy Place! Only suggestion is to try to arrive before dark when checking in (but we had no problem accessing the place).

Very convenient location. Everything was clean and tidy. The wooden pellet heater was a winner. Kitchen was A1, was like if one would live there, not just an afterthought. Back door access to parking lot was likable. Bus stop is literally few steps away. Only complaint is the sofa pullout bed, it needs a new one.

As advertised

Simply put, this unit is clean and fully equipped. The owner was quite accessible via phone. That is much appreciated. We stayed 5 nights and used one and a half bags of wood pellets for the stove with an extra bag in the closet just in case we needed more. Very efficient heating.

Cozy & Convenient

My family of 4 really enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. It’s a short drive to Canyon Lodge and also has a shuttle stop right out front. There are several restaurants in walking distance to the property as well. We would definitely go back to this location.
