Ideally located just a short walk from the lifts at Canyon Lodge, this spacious 2-bedroom + open loft, 2-bath condo combines an incredible ski location with stylish updates, a private two-car garage, and plenty of room for the whole family. After a day on Mammoth Mountain, come home to the bright and inviting living room, where soaring vaulted ceilings, mountain views, and stylish furnishings create the perfect alpine atmosphere. Cozy up beside the wood-burning stove, settle in for a movie on the flatscreen TV, or simply relax and enjoy the mountain setting. A queen leather sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations for larger groups. The beautifully updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare breakfast before hitting the slopes or gather for a relaxed dinner at home. The primary bedroom offers a California king bed, TV, upgraded bedding, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and TV, while the open loft provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed and twin trundle, an ideal setup for families or groups traveling together. A second full bathroom with tub is conveniently located on the main level. Complimentary WiFi is included throughout the condo. Another standout feature is the private detached two-car garage, giving you covered parking and convenient storage for your mountain getaway. Garage clearance is 6' 10". Great place to stay while in Mammoth. Located in a very quiet area and easy access to nearby lakes and hiking trails. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Tastefully decorated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: June is a great month to visit Mammoth. Quiet, easy to get into restaurants, trails and highlights were easy to access. The property was clean, close to all, and very comfy. Parking issue was solved by the team. My truck was too big for the garage so they got me a place close by. The only issue we had was that we have a special needs daughter and the 50+ stairs were difficult for her to navigate several times a day.

Great location and well furnished!

We really enjoyed the property. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The snow/melt freeze was hazardous but there was little that could be done.

The property was remodeled nicely, however the listing stated private barbecue, which is a public one and located far from unit. The listening did not state that it is an upstairs unit with multiple stairs until check in information was sent. Unfortunately, the property manager located at the unit was rude. He ticketed our trucks twice with stickers difficult to remove, after I stated our vehicles were too large for the garage. His wife only gave us one parking pass. Parking was not an issue at all due to the low occupancy of the complex, but he continued to ticket our trucks twice. We enjoyed our stay and the Mammoth management company was helpful and responsive.

Great place. Very clean. Large. Remodeled. Warm. Felt very comfortable. Very short walk in ski boots to Canyon lodge. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. My family was very happy with their stay. Bathrooms were spotless. Nicely furnished. Very high quality rental. :)

Excellent location to canyon lodge lifts

An easy walk to the Canyon lodge and ski lifts. Also easy walk to Village Gondola for a quick trip to the village for lunch. The cabin is roomy and comes with two door garage ( awesome since we were in a snow storm) close driving distance to restaurants, grocery store ect. Overall great place, it is on the third floor ( 30 steps up) but manageable.

Great condo right next to Canyon Lodge

Spent 4 nights at this condo in Mammoth with my family and we had a great time. The home was very comfortable (and warm) which was important because we were there during a big storm and had to spend pretty much 2 full days inside with 4 adults and 2 little ones. Fireplace was wonderful and kept us warm the whole time. The snow was shoveled off of our steps once a day which was really nice too and unexpected. Great stay and would love to come back!

Mammoth Condo

We enjoyed staying at this condo for our visit to Mammoth for a ski trip recently. The location was perfect for walking to the slopes, and the condo itself had everything we needed. It was a great size for our group and clean. The one thing that could have been improved was the check-in and check-out process - we had to get the keys and drop them off at a different location, and it would've been a lot more convenient if we could have had keyless entry or some option like that. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Beautiful mountain condo

Overall a great property and experience. Clean, nicely appointed, comfortable. The loft had two beds and my kids loved it, but be aware that the loft counts as one of the three bedrooms. Kitchen was well-stocked with things like olive oil and spices. Only minor complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find more. Not a big deal.

This unit is spacious and appears to have been recently updated and well kept. It also we well stocked with all the kitchen essentials (which not all places seem to be). The only bummer is the stairs after a long hike or ride, but they're up-front with that in the description, and they're really not that bad.

Overall this unit was nice. We were surprised at the number of flights of stairs to reach the front door. Had we been disabled or in less physical condition we would not have been able to stay at this location. Also, the unit was listed as three bedrooms, it should say two bedrooms and a loft.

We enjoyed our stay very much!There are only a couple downsides: the WiFi is spotty (not a problem while on vacation). The loft is open to the living roomSo doesn’t offer too much privacy. And the unit is way up on the third floor with only outdoor stairs as access. Other than those small things, it was great!The furniture and beds are comfy and the place was very clean. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was in nice working order. Condo has MANY stairs 29 in fact! Not for out of shape or elderly(need to let renters know this in description!!! Nearest trash can are a good hike and so is pool and bbq( also up hill with lots of stairs. Beds were comfy except trundle bed( probably fine for child not adult).

The bathrooms are small. There is no AC. Rental agency provides limited yowels but charges high fee for linens. There are too many pullows everywhere. Kitchen well stocked with oans, cups, plates. This condo is up 3 flights of long g stairs. And then another set for the 4th floor bedroom. Paid for cleaning but we had to take out garbage. No balcony or views. Like I said, the condo is smaller abd darker than appears on website.

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at Courcheval #14 over Martin Luther King weekend. It was a convenient location - just about a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. I would not hesitate to stay here again (nicely updated unit, comfortable beds, good WIFI, good location, indoor parking for two cars, etc), but that being said here are a few things to note: 1) the stair issue is real. This unit is several flights upstairs (which was fine without snowy conditions but would have been tougher in a storm). However if you have any mobility issue or young children who cannot help with the loading/unloading this could be an issue for you. 2) There is no central heat in the unit so it is tricky to control the temperature in the bedrooms (and the loft has no separate control it's from the living room downstairs). There is a dial without numbers on the heating units so you can't really tell what the temperature is other than how it feels in the room. 3) There is no washer/dryer in the unit (but is available somewhere for the condo structures).
