Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This walk-to-Canyon-Lodge condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you close to skiing, trails, parks, and The Village.



The Space:

Explore all the year round activities Mammoth has to offer from hitting the slopes, biking, hiking, golfing, and fishing.



The cozy condo features charming mountain decor throughout. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating around a gas fireplace and a large 60" flat screen TV with cable. From here, you can access the balcony - enjoy your morning coffee in the crisp mountain air.



The kitchen is well equipped with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, slow cooker, and more to make you feel right at home. Cook up homemade meals for you and your group and gather around the dining table for 6. Additional seating for 3 by the breakfast bar.



When it's time to call it a night, retire to one of the 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom holds a King bed and a flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and 2 Twin beds - great if you're traveling with kids! Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



There is 1 unassigned parking spot underground. An assigned ski locker is also available for guest use. This complex includes additional storage for Bikes in the summer months. The shared community club house has a sitting area, pool table, vending machine, and kitchenette. There are laundry facilities for those longer stays. The outdoor pool and BBQ stations are open during the summer and firewood is provided to guests free of charge. A hot tub and sauna are available year-round. Please note: Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub may not be available due to COVID-19, enquire about regulations.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Location logistics: You’re walking distance to Canyon Lodge and Chair 7. You’re also a short walk/drive to The Village at Mammoth, Town Loop Path, Shady Rest Park, Mammoth Creek Park, Sierra Star Golf (seasonal), Mammoth Rock ’n’ Bowl, Volcom Brothers Skatepark, local shops (Main St/Old Mammoth Rd, Minaret Village/Vons), Mammoth Museum (seasonal), library, and playgrounds.
