• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis in the community parking area.

• This is a second-floor unit; stairs are required to enter.

• The Green Line shuttle operates seasonally. Please check current Mammoth Lakes shuttle schedules before your stay.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary, and cellular service may be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Community amenities, including the pool, hot tub, clubhouse, tennis courts, and BBQ area, are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance without notice.

• Please note that Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing widespread construction throughout the area, including road work and building projects. This is outside of our control and may result in noise during your stay. Refunds will not be issued for disturbances related to local construction.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
