Updated Family Friendly Sierra Mountain Retreat

We urge all our guests to purchase the affordable insurance offered through Vrbo. This allows last minute cancels and ensures a refund should you not be able to make it due to unpredictable circumstances or weather conditions.

Come hideaway in a stylishly upgraded, light and airy space, that serves as a perfect home base as you explore all that the Sierras have to offer. We are located steps from the bike path and within 1 mile of the Village, Mammoth Brewery, Eagle Lodge, and Mammoth Creek Park. Smell the pines from our balcony complete with BBQ as you relax with friends or family after a day of exploring the breathtaking Sierras.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is newly renovated with a totally remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, and a perfect place to relax after enjoying your favorite summer activities.
As you enter the condo there are two bedrooms and a full bath on the lower level. Upstairs is the living area with natural sun streaming in , another bathroom, and an open kitchen. The first bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and a bunk bed with a full size on both the top and bottom. The bathroom on the lower floor has shower and large soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential things you will need to cook. Upstairs the wood burning stove will be a cozy feature when the weather gets cold. Upstairs is a smart tv with Netflix, Amazon, etc. There are games, toys, and books to enjoy with the family.
The downstairs front bedroom has a closet with a Washer and Dryer for your use.
Guests have access to the entire unit and may self check-in by a keypad on the front door.
The Condo is non-smoking, Our Property is a rental to those who are 25+ years.
There is a security deposit of $1000, which will be refunded promptly if there are no issues. Certified Property Authorization#: TOML-CPAN-11467

Clean, cozy, comfortable and conveniently located!

The home was clean and plenty of space for me and my two teenage boys. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was key, and it was a helpful touch to have plenty of charging ports/cords/pad in the bedroom and common areas. The unit was easy to access from the outdoor parking area to unload/load the car, and the property is central to The Village, Canyon Lodge and Eagle Lodge. Supermarket is also < 10 mins away. The host was also very responsive and sensitive to our questions and needs. Would definitely consider staying here in the future!

"Chef's kiss"

Our stay was perfect. The place was cozy, clean and really all around a very simple stay. They had humidifiers turned on for us upon arrival (such a nice touch if you know anything about the dry mountain air). The host(s) were communicative and responsive. The condo has great light and good energy! Thanks!

R&R weekend

Absolutely felt amazing to walk into such a cute updated and CLEAN home! Never once did I feel worried about crawling into bed or just being in the home in general! Only two things I could change was maybe to add a couple more fans. We only found one and it was a little on the warmer side, and also if the patio maybe had a cute seating area to have my coffee. Other than that, definitely a place we’d love to stay again

Cozy, convenient, clean

We had a great experience with this property. There is ample space for a family of 4, comfy beds and the place was cutely decorated. We where about 1 mile from the main lodge. You can drive there quickly or walk in about 18 min. Biking/walking trial near by. I would stay here again if I was trying to avoid the crowds of hotels and wanted more space. Our only suggestion...the second bedroom had no curtains so it got really bright in the room (like 5:30am). We used eye masks the second day, which helped. Truly just a minor inconvenience and one that is easily remedied. I’d highly recommend this property if you want to spread out, have a separate bed for everyone and a clean kitchen to cook in. Tracie the property manager was easy to get a hold of and very friendly as well.

Clean, Fresh and Convenient

Our family had a great stay here. We saw the pictures and were thankful that the listing was as good as the pictures showed. The listing has recently undergone a renovation so we didn’t feel like we were staying in some other families’ home. We never saw any neighbors but we were technically early in the summer season. The location is great as it is a short walk to the Mountain Center or up the Lake Mary Pathway to great hiking and biking areas. Minimal road noise could be heard from Lake Mary Road but people out and about on the pathway could be seen from the living room couch (helps to motivate couch potatoes to get outside when they see others enjoying Mammoth).
