  • Located only steps away from the slopes, this updated townhome is ready to host your next favorite vacation. Start your mornings off right as you grab your gear and walk to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. Or, for other scenic explorations head to the nearby Crystal Lake Trailhead, Horseshoe Lake Trailhead, and Hot Creek Geological Site. When you want to indulge yourself in excellent food and great local shopping options, a journey into town is effortless.

    Upon entry into your retreat, you will find heated tile floors with a custom in-wall boot warmer/dryer and ski racks to keep all your gear contained. The main living area boasts comfortable seating, a fireplace to warm up by, and a TV. The full kitchen features ample counter space, a dishwasher, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a tasty treat should hunger strike. Share your meals at the formal dining table or around the breakfast bar. Each of the bedrooms oozes warmth and comfort with plush bedding, natural lighting, and ample sprawling space.

    The stellar list of amenities continues as you discover shared access to a laundry room, a grilling area, a pool, and a hot tub.

Best condo stay in Mammoth

We've been coming to Mammoth once or twice a year for the last 8 years. This was nicest place we have stayed in. The condo looks like it has been recently renovated. Everything works! Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Condo was well heated but not over heated. Can't beat the location. A very short walk to Canyon lodge. The apple tv hookup was so easy to use and there were instructions for just about everything. Hoping to get this condo every year.

Great place to stay. Very clean and very easy to follow instructions left for us when we got in and when we left.Only issue was the TV remote had no batteries so we had to get up to manually control the volume. Didn’t want to bother to get them to bring us batteries. Had a great time and definitely recommend to friends and families. Walking distance to canyon lodge was a big plus.

Nice place, great location. Only issues were the following.... - all mattresses are rock hard - owner has 2 locked closets (expected) but also the main closet in the master had a makeshift lock on it so therfore no place to hang up clothes! - Oven wouldn't turn off but maintenance man came quickly after notification and turned off breaker and will repair after we leave.

Clean place, great location.

Great place in a wonderful location. We had a plumbing issue (toilet overflowed) while there and the management company was very responsive to the issue and offered us a credit for the inconvenience. Other than that, the suggestions I would have for owner/management is to use a keypad for the door lock and to leave instructions one how to use the numerous television remotes.

Great location for skiing and access to the Village. Designating parking a plus. Could use more blankets and electronics did not all work. But very clean and cozy.

Enjoyable stay in excellent location!

The location is fantastic; just steps from Canyon Lodge. The condo is well maintained, very clean and exactly as advertised. Furnishings and kitchen (very well stocked with nice dishes, sharp knives and a wide variety of cookware!) are updated and not someone’s garage sale leftovers. The cons are that only one key was provided, there is no available closet in the master bedroom (it’s a locked owner’s closet however there is a dresser) and the floors are shockingly cold so bring slippers.

Great place for a family visit. Very close to Canyon Lodge. As close to a ski in-ski out you’ll get. Clean and complete kitchen and entertainment amenities. Nice common spa and pool. Definitely would use again.
