  • This slopeside 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers an unbeatable Mammoth Mountain location, just a short walk from Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chair 15. Comfortable, spacious, and packed with amenities, this unique Aspen Creek condo is an ideal mountain retreat for families and groups of up to six. The inviting living room features a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with custom stonework, plenty of comfortable seating and a large 74 inch smart TV for movie nights. Stream your favorites with the Fire Stick or enjoy the PS4 gaming station after a day on the mountain. The adjacent dining area seats six, while the fully equipped kitchen features upgraded appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A separate entry mudroom provides convenient space for storing boots, jackets, and mountain gear. The primary bedroom features a King bed, flat-screen TV, dedicated home office with monitor and task chair, and direct access to the enclosed patio. The adjoining full bathroom includes a separate vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed plus a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, flat-screen TV, additional dedicated workspace with monitor and task chair, ample closet space, and an en-suite full bathroom with separate vanity and tub/shower combination. One of the home's most unique features is the cozy enclosed patio, complete with seating, a daybed, and twinkle lights, a great bonus space for relaxing and taking in the winter scenery. Aspen Creek offers underground garage parking (7'1" clearance) and elevator access directly to the first-floor level, making arrival easy with no stairs to navigate and no snow to shovel. The complex also features an outdoor pool, year-round hot tub, and sauna. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. The condo sleeps a maximum of 6 guests and includes one designated underground garage parking space (7'1" clearance), plus a second space available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no stairs inside the condo or required to access the unit, with elevator access available from the parking garage. No pets and no smoking permitted. Two flights of stairs from the parking garage made it difficult to get luggage and ice chests and food into the condo. The circuit breaker kept tripping when we plugged in a coffee machine or used the provided heaters.

Excellent Mammoth Condo!!!

This is a very nice condo that is close to Eagle lodge. About a 2 minute walk. Underground parking was great. This unit was very well equipped (More equipped probably than any other condo we have stayed in Mammoth over the last 20 years). All appliances and furnishings appeared clean and new. Nice comfortable bedding. Was a great stay!!!

A nice place to stay!

The property was clean, well stocked, and in a good location with a pretty view. As we traveled with teenagers, it was great that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit. The complimentary access to the athletic club was a nice bonus. The check in and out process were easy. The master bathroom could use a fan. The complex was undergoing maintenance, as to be expected during the summer months, but it was mostly quiet and did not disrupt our stay. The pool and spa could use more attention, as both had debris. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we’d happily return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. Only issue was it appeared as though they tried to hang doors on their own, which left too much space between the door and the jamb, so door locks didn’t work. Bathroom has main suite access and second entrance . Considering condo sleeps 6 anyone can bust in on you when using the facilities (toilet or shower). Only thing that should be addressed. But all in all very nice.

Perfectly Comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was mostly updated, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for my dad and my family of four (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 6 y/o) to fit comfortably and still have some privacy as the rooms were on opposite sides of the unit. The kitchen was well stocked. Just needed a cookie sheet/baking pan, but we made do without it. The location was convenient. Close enough to VONS and the Village. It's right next to the ski lift so I'm sure it's nice for ski season. They were doing construction so the pool and spa weren't available, but we had access to the Snowcreek Athletic Club. The only thing was that it was difficult to sleep because we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and moving furniture around all night. We were on the 1st floor. Overall we enjoyed our experience here!

The proximity to Eagle Lodge is great, walkable in ski boots. We picked up the shuttle into the village one evening but everything in town is within 1-2 miles. It has been cosmetically updated, has new appliances, and nice furnishings. The kitchen is very well outfitted. The beds in the second bedroom make it a nice fit for families. There is a fireplace but the sign says to use your own firewood so we did not utilize. The unit is on the first floor with elevator access from the parking garage. The upstairs neighbor can be distinctly heard. Every single footstep and at times it sounded like they were rearranging all the furniture loudly.
