Villa Charespi (Skatte-ID # 94787)

Vår fastighet har den bästa utsikten i området och ligger 3-5 minuters promenad och 1 minuters bilresa till den offentliga stranden (Marchiquita). Denna strand anses vara ett naturreservat i Puerto Rico. Det finns bara 12 andra naturreservatområden i Puerto Rico. I närheten finns det tre andra stränder också riktigt trevligt! (La Poza de las Mujeres, La Esperanza stranden och Los Tubos stranden).

Från stranden egendom har du spektakulär 180 graders havsutsikt från uteservering! Du kan njuta av havsbrisen, månen och stjärnorna på himlen från utsidan däck!

Huset har ett inomhus vardagsrum och matplats, allrum med plattskärms-TV, kabelanslutning, gratis wifi internet, DVD, CD-spelare och radio. Den har fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror, elspis / ugn, brödrost, kaffebryggare etc.

Det första sovrummet har 1 våningssäng (twin / double) och en extra dubbelsäng i samma rum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Badrummet ligger mellan de två sovrummen. Båda rummen har takfläktar och luftkonditionering, samt en byrå och dubbla garderober. Familjen / TV-rummet har en queen size-bäddsoffa, luftkonditionering och takfläkt som kan användas i jag som ett tredje sovrum.

Det finns en täckt terrass på havet, ett utedäck och en grillgrill i trädgården på fastigheten. Förutom luftkonditionering i sovrum, har huset takfläktar och funktionsdugliga fönster med skärmar.

Bekvämligheter: hårtork, bordsskick spel, sängkläder, handdukar, köksredskap, krukor och kokkärl, disk och turistinformation och kartor.

Städning ingår före incheckning och efter uthyrning checka ut. Ytterligare städning är tillgänglig på begäran med en extra avgift på $ 60. 00 för varje extra hushållsdag som begärs.

Via kabel-tv kan amerikanska nätverk ses. Radion har en engelsktalande station.

Finns för småbarn finns 2 spädbarnsängar, 1 bilstol, 2 boosterstolar (på begäran).

Det finns en uteservering för rökare eftersom det finns en rökfri policy inuti huset.

Livsmedelsbutik och bageri ligger gångavstånd till huset. En minut med bil! I detta bageri kan du äta frukost eller ta bort mat.

Vid eventuella fastighetsstöd finns det några närliggande kontakter som kan hjälpa dig omedelbart. Kontakt telefonnummer kommer att lämnas i lokaler. Dessa resurser är tvåspråkiga, så de borde inte ha problem att kommunicera med dig.

Quiet and beautiful!

The terrace at Villa Ilusion 2 is glorious! We loved sitting and taking in the beautiful views morning, afternoon, and evening. The location was easy to find, literally around the corner from Mar Chiquita, and while a little off the beaten path, it was worth it for the quiet, relaxing, and secure area. We felt very safe. Ita was very responsive when we had questions and excellent to work with. We highly recommend Villa Ilusion 2!

Breathtaking beach house

Beautiful beach house with breathtaking ocean views of Mar Chiquita beach. The house is very clean, relaxing, big and comfortable. Perfect location with spacious porch facing the ocean. Beautiful location!

Villa Ilusion 2 at Mar Chiquita was a wonderful place to stay for my wife, a Boricua from Bayamon, and several adult kids--all of us traveled from Texas and Ohio to be together. The location overlooking the ocean near Playa Mar Chiquita is splendid and peaceful--especially the second floor patio. The house was spotlessly clean, large, and very comfortable with excellent AC and Wifi. The kitchen was well stocked and all three bedrooms were well provisioned including bath and beach towels. There is private parking for three vehicles and the home is only 1 minute from the beach and 2 minutes from a small grocery store by car. The beach was an 8 minute walk. The town of Manati is an easy 10 minute drive, including to the cinema, multiple restaurants, and shopping. The airport and Old San Juan are an easy 45 minute drive. The owner was rapidly responsive to all questions and inquiries via text and email. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we'd love to return. I highly recommend it and am grateful for such a perfect vacation with family in a great location!

Amazing ! Relaxing ! What a view!!

My family enjoyed our time here , the views of the ocean , sunset to the left and sunrise to the right is just perfect . The communication was on spot . Mar chiquita just down the road . the sound of the waves were very relaxing . Base in my FB pictures I had share this place with several friends .I will stay there again . The interior of this beautiful home and modern appliances made our vacation simply amazing and stress free. The exterior of the property has a beautiful manicured landscape that compliments the view 100%. The interior of the house was Extremely Clean and the bed linens, towels etc very clean, basically New. The views are stunning and the sounds of the waves omg.. the list can go on !!!! Highly recommend to family and friends.

Awesome vacation

My family and I stayed here for a week and the pictures don't do it justice. The location was perfect, I loved sitting in the morning outside on the patio listening to the waves crashing in while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. Air-conditioning worked great, we had an issue with the microwave that was quickly fixed. Communication with the owners was easy and very responsive. We visited 3 of the many beaches in the area and had a blast, one which was recommended by Fernando ( Hacienda de Esperanza) can't wait to book our next trip here!

A magical vacation

We stayed for six days in the most beautiful house with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The first morning there was a rainbow over the water and every day was better than the day before. The house is a five minute walk from a wonderful beach. There was some confusion when we arrived in Puerto Rico. We thought our host was meeting us at the car rental, so we lost some time getting to the house and arrived very late. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Beach vacation

Wonderful views. Comfortable house. Deck was magnificent. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Great ice maker. Short walk or drive to Mar Chiquita beach. Fully stocked grocery store less than 1/2 mile away. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing View

We absolutely loved this place! What an amazing view from the deck. There is a lovely indoor/outdoor flow so you feel like you're out on the deck even when you're inside. We had pretty much all the amenities we needed to stay and eat in, if needed. There is a supermarket around the corner, but it is down a large, steep hill so a walk would be a workout. There is a walmart 15 mins away. There are some really good restaurants (blue azul, food trucks are great). We had the microwave stop working - the hosts were always very responsive and they bought a replacement the very next day. Great experience! Thank you!!

Excellent Vacation Experience!

We have just returned from a two-week stay at Maria Elena and Jorge's wonderful ocean front home in Manati, Puerto Rico. Their home is very well maintained and the owners could not be more welcoming and accommodating in every respect. The location of their home, on the North shore of the Island, was a perfect location from which to explore the area and the Mar Chiquita beach, a very short walk from their home was a delight. Everything we needed was a short drive away and the Island's Trade Winds kept us cool during our entire stay. The balcony was a favorite spot for us from which to watch the ocean and enjoy several meals. Overall a five star experience. Thank you Maria Elena and Jorge!

Wonderful Ocean side beach house

We had a great time relaxing at this house. The owners made it easy to check in and out and provided great information about local restaurants and activities. The owners were also very responsive when we had questions about the house. The house is within walking distance of the beach and we were able to explore much of the north coast from the house.

Wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house has a breathtaking view of the ocean which we thoroughly enjoyed! We loved spending time on the patio enjoying the view and watching the waves. Even when it rains, there's plenty of sheltered room on the patio to enjoy the outdoors. The owners are wonderful and responsive to every request, and Lydia was also amazing - helpful and very friendly. There is a fully stocked kitchen and there's a grocery store very close by. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. We didn't really need the air conditioning most of the time but used it at night for sleeping. The air conditioning units were very quiet. The beach is also very close (easy walk or drive), but not as calm as we expected. All in all, it was a great vacation. Ours was partially a "working vacation" - a time to step away from the day-to-day to work on our businesses away from the hubbub, so the internet access was greatly appreciated also.

Great place! AWESOME VIEW!!!

We have an amazing time in Villa Charespi. The house is very clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen have everything you need. The terrace is spacious and you can see the view from every angle. Jorge and Maria were great hosts and answered our questions immediately every time. Overall an awesome experience and one unforgettable Christmas sharing this wonderful place with my family.
