The Space:

This stylish 2 bedroom apartment is set right in Manchester's Northern Quarter, surrounded by independent restaurants, bars and cafes.

The open plan living area has a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. Tea and coffee are provided.



A washing machine is available for longer stays. We provide fresh linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer for every guest.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.



You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

The Neighborhood:

Northern Quarter is a central area bursting with restaurants and cafes. Browse record shops, independent stores and arts boutiques, spotting street art and murals en route. Walk 5 minutes to Market Street, the start of the shopping district.

Getting Around:

The nearest tram stop is just 3 minutes' walk away on Market Street, with frequent services across the city.



Manchester Piccadilly station is a 15 minute walk, making it easy to reach the apartment by train from across the UK.



Manchester Victoria station is also within walking distance, around 10 minutes away.



Parking: Secure paid parking is available nearby at the Northern Quarter Car Park (APCOA), Church Street, Manchester M4 1LX, at around £20 per day.



Uber operates throughout the city.
