The Space:

We are excited to welcome you to Dyehouse, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in the Northern Quarter. The property features a thoughtfully designed open-plan layout with large windows that flood the space with natural light, along with a private patio for outdoor moments. This apartment sleeps up to four guests.



Kitchen & dining area

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and an induction hob.

We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.

There is a four-seater dining nook, perfect for sharing a meal with friends or enjoying breakfast with a special someone. This space also offers a practical workspace for those travelling on business.



Bedroom

The bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted with blackout blinds for a restful night's sleep. A wardrobe provides ample clothing storage throughout your stay.



Sofa bed

The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team, who are on hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Bathroom

There is one full bathroom featuring a rainfall shower. We offer bath towels and hand towels, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.

The living area includes a smart TV with Sky Cable, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, and Netflix access. Hangers, an iron, and portable fans are also available for your comfort.



Patio

Step outside onto the private patio - a welcome spot to unwind with a drink, enjoy an al fresco meal, or simply soak up a break from the city. Outdoor furniture and a dining area are provided.

Dyehouse sits in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter, placing you steps from the city's most celebrated independent bars, restaurants, and boutiques. A public car park is located on Oldham Street, M4 5AA.

Please note: as this property is located within a city centre apartment block, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants.

Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released within 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Prime Deansgate and Castlefield. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public car park located at Bridgewater Street - charges may apply.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.

This property is in a city centre location, inside a multi-dwelling building with other occupiers. There is the potential for noise expected in city, as well as noise from other occupiers of the building.



This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £25.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.



There is no lift/elevator in the building. Access to all apartments is via stairs only.
