Great location, service and room
Amazing breakfast including a hot menu alongside the buffet with around 6 options to choose from. Very comfy beds (quite hard though, not so nice maybe if you enjoy a soft bed). Huge shower and clean, modern bathroom. Overall, amazing stay and great location. You can hear the trains slightly outside passing by if room is towards station but I didn't find it annoying at all.

Check in was a little slow. Rooms are a good size and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom with shower was very good. Breakfast was rather expensive but the full english was very good. Also good selection from cereals and cold buffet. Service was friendly and efficient.

Bed was so comfortable. Very Clean and quiet. Location was perfect for what we needed to do while in Manchester. Front desk check-in on 02 Mar 24 was great. Mo did a fine job of welcoming us to the hotel and getting us checked in after a long flight. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent.

My friend and I stayed as we attended a concert at the AO Arena. We had a great stay, the hotel was very busy so there was a wait to be served in the bar after concert as clearly a lot the guests were also attending the concert. Also breakfast was slow due to amount of people. We really enjoyed our stay though and would definitely go back again.

Great Hotel
Always a great stay at this hotel. Modern spacious rooms, pleasant staff and great food. There was a bit of a queue for breakfast on one of the days we stayed but we did go down at the peak time.

Manchester stay
Really nice hotel in a fantastic spot , 5 mins from Victoria station and the arena , and really well placed for shopping/eateries/bars . The staff were helpful , the rooms really nicely decorated and clean , comfy bed and fab walk in shower . We'd definitely stay again

One night stay for arena gig.
Decent all round hotel, comfy bed, clean reasonable sized room for 2 (queen bedroom). On floor 2 but not bothered by the tram noise as they passed our room.
