Good Afternoon Anonymous,Thank you for leaving us a review,We are glad to hear you found the Ibis Styles Portland Street to be fun alongside with decorations and style, we do hope you took plenty of photos!We do apologise about the experience you have encountered during your stay for the 5 days as our room keys are sensitive and out of our control, we can only recommend to keep it away from phones or airpods, technology and any chipped magnetic items. But our staff are never frustrated to reactivate keys as it is their daily task which is part of their job.
