The property features a sleek, open-plan layout with a private balcony, modern furnishings, and a sofa bed for added flexibility. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
Kitchen & dining area
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and induction hob.
We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 6-seater dining table perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
Sleeping arrangements
There are 2 king-size bedrooms, both fitted with blackout curtains and ample wardrobe space. Whether you're travelling as a group, with family, or mixing leisure with work, both rooms offer a restful retreat after a day in the city.
Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms - one featuring both a bath and a rainfall shower, and the other featuring a rainfall shower. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
Living area
The living area is bright and airy, with large windows drawing in natural light and generous doors opening onto the private balcony with outdoor seating - a welcome spot to unwind after a day of exploring. A cosy sofa faces a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access.
Sofa bed
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Location & parking
This property is located in Manchester's city centre district of Ancoats and the Northern Quarter. You can reach Manchester's central bar and retail district within walking distance. Manchester Piccadilly station is also a short walk away, making this an ideal base for both leisure and business travellers. There is a public car park located nearby - charges may apply.
Please be aware that as this is a city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and other building inhabitants.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.
If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 6th floor to access the apartment.
