“We were super satisfied with this property. It exceeded our expectations! Already planning our next trip back with more family.Host had amazing notes about the property and we even had the ability to hike on the property including down to the river. We had wildlife every night on the property. We saw Chipmunks, Mule Deers, rabbits, cows and numerous birds.”

“My stay was amazing, very comfortable and I found everything I needed and more at the house. The property and space are immaculate and owners are wonderful. They made sure I knew I could contact them with any questions or needs. “Perfect location for our family, hiking, fishing, and swimming!! Our friends live just 40 minutes away! Airport close! Shopping in Durango dnd Cortez perfect distance away! “Perfect home base for a week of exploring Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico with it's centralized location to all the amazing historical ruins in the region. Quiet and out of the way enough to a relaxing sit on the porch after a long day of hiking but close enough to "town" so you can sit down for a bite to eat or stop at the grocery store. “Very soothing little oasis outside Mancos. Nicely appointed, quiet, with lovely, lush green surroundings. Felt very private. An easy, short drive to Mesa Verde. My singular complaint is that it needs better pillows, but that's such a minor issue. ”
