“Great service, we did get a 3-bedroom even though we hadn't booked it. Nice to get a welcome drink during the check-in. The beds are sooo comfortable, had the best night sleep here!! Large selection of the breakfast buffet, and the staff is very service minded. If I ever go back I will definitely book this hotel again. ”

“Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level.”

“Very quiet, comfortable stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary juice as we waited during check-in, opened doors for us, brought our luggage to our room. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Reasonably noise-proof and the street was pretty quiet around bedtime. Convenient access to Panakkukang Mall. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, with both Indonesian and Western food.”

“We booked and paid via hotels.com. Upon checkin, we were asked for a cash deposit of Rp 200,000 which is refundable upon checkout. The room is clean, modern and not small. The bathroom / shower is also quite roomy, not cramped at all. It has a desk + chair, flat screen tv, safety deposit box, air conditioning. The toilet has a built in bidet function (cold water only) and not just the usual "butt shower hose". They give you two free bottles of water. The wifi is a bit slow sometimes, probably...

“Location not that great but price is good. The staff was superbly friendly and welcoming, the best feature of this hotel I must say. The hotel is outdated and in deep need for good renovation and scrubbing. Aircon is not cold also even when we set it at 18 degrees with highest fan speed. ”
