La Dolce Villa, 11 sleeps, Pool & Landscaped Garden

Welcome to the Dolce Villa, which will offer you a sublime and calm setting as close to the seaside as to the city center, you will be less than 10 minutes by car from the beaches, water activities, restaurants, bars, pubs, casino, 15 minutes from Cannes and 35 minutes from Nice airport.
Ideally located between land and sea, the activities are numerous and for all ages such as:
Scuba diving and exploration, jet ski, towed buoy, pedal boat rental, kayak, water skiing, boat rental, water park, amusement park, buggy ride, Rosalie rental (small family pedal cart).

The villa consists of two large apartments on 3 levels.

On the ground floor the first ground floor apartment for 5 people:

- 1 Suite with king size bed, television and dressing room
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with a single bed
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 Kitchen open to the living room with a bar
- 1 Living / Dining room with television, workspace and dining table
- 1 Large terrace overlooking the garden facing the swimming pool with a large dining table and a gas barbecue

On the first floor there is access to the second apartment on two levels for 6 people:

Composed at the first level of:

- 1 equipped kitchen
- 1 Living room with large corner sofa, dining table, television, fireplace opening onto the terrace of the apartment on the first floor.
- 2 bathroom

On the second level you will find:

- 1 bedroom with double bed and television
- 1 bedroom with double bed and television
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds)
- 1 bathroom.

The terrace which completes the top of the villa has garden furniture, a large dining table, a gas barbecue, a summer kitchen, a solar shower.

You will also have access to the magnificent landscaped garden on the ground floor with the bottom of the villa, including everything you need to spend a superb holiday:

A furnished terrace with gas barbecue, a large heated, private and secure swimming pool with shutter and colored lighting, pool house fitted out for outdoor naps, a solar shower, deckchairs, a petanque court, a ping-pong table .

THE SWIMMING POOL WILL BE ACCESSIBLE FROM APRIL 1 TO SEPTEMBER 15 but it is possible to prepare it out of season on request, at an additional cost

You can park up to 6 vehicles securely on site

Parties and events are not allowed
We do not accept animals
The accommodation is non-smoking

GUEST ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival.

EXTRA CHARGES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
A request for additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE
In order to facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that we will send to you once the reservation has been confirmed. Following this, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet made available to you throughout the duration of your stay. You will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, the operation of the accommodation, good addresses and more.

BAIL
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
