Acqua e Sale Beach House is a new vacation home, with large equipped outdoor spaces, a few steps from the beach and the crystal clear sea of Specchiarica, a locality of San Pietro in Bevagna, on the coast of Manduria.
The house is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle, etc.
The large outdoor space is equipped with shower, barbecue and parking inside the property.

A few steps from the beach and the crystal clear sea of San Pietro in Bevagna, the Acqua e Sale Beach Home vacation home welcomes you with its spacious, bright and well-furnished spaces.
It is a new construction, tastefully furnished and equipped with modern comforts, air-conditioned and suitable for spending days of relaxation and tranquility in contact with Salento nature.
A large outdoor area with furnished veranda is ideal for outdoor dining, equipped with barbecue, sofas, umbrellas and sun loungers. Also in one corner of the courtyard are the pilozza and outdoor shower, very useful when returning from the beach.
The entrance is a large living room with an open kitchen and dining table with an island. Here there`s also a comfortable sofa with TV view.
A lovely arch separates the living area from the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms. The rooms are 2 doubles and 1 twin room with single beds, all complete with air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, mosquito nets and gratings.
The apartment is completed by 2 shower rooms, one of which has a washing machine.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
