The space
Our charming one-story home in La Punta de Montañita is designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house has two spacious rooms, one equipped with a queen bed and the other with a full bed with an extra sea bed, both with private bathroom with hot water, providing privacy and comfort to all guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. You'll find modern appliances, cookware, and a generous pantry.

The living room is a cozy space with a sofa bed and a futon, ideal for relaxing watching TV or to accommodate additional guests. The area also has air conditioning to ensure your comfort at all times.

The exterior of the house offers a private parking and grill area, perfect for enjoying outdoor dining in a quiet and residential environment, just one block from the beach.
Guest access
Although guests will have the house completely private for their exclusive use, they may share the parking lot and garden area with the owner of the property. This arrangement ensures a safe and well maintained environment, allowing guests to enjoy their stay with peace of mind.

We expect that those staying here will take care of and respect the property as if they were their own. In the garden area, we have two adorable pigs, Lola and Ramon, who live in their corral, adding a special and unique touch to your stay.
