“We had an amazing time in Svarga! The staff were friendly, rooms clean and the service excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast which wasn't a buffet but a la carte. I lost my wedding ring when we were checking out and asked the staff if they could look for it. The owner came out with the ring as we were leaving and told us they found it in the pool. Thank you once again! I highly recommend this place!!”

“The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours. Food was good with enough variety. The team will check if we are comfortable with our orders. The same goes with the reception and spa. Special call out to Dina, Wulan and a few whom we didn't get the name. Always...
