“Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield...

“Nice stay, the room and other spaces were clean and up-to-date, the bed was comfortable. The room I had was not fancy but perfectly adequate. Hotel was quiet when I was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was simple but tasty and convenient. Overall a nice experience at a reasonable rate.”

I also ate at the restaurant attached to the inn and really enjoyed my meals. The room was very well appointed and the bed was very, very comfortable. I will stay here every time I visit Amherst. ”
