The room was bug infested and we were given a bed sheet stained with blood. I was not a happy camper the hotel is solely a rent by hour hooker hotel

The hotel was small. Entrances and hallways are narrow. Good in public safety for customer to book a room. Don’t have a good value of food in the menu. If an individual/group are to stay for temporary rest it is recommended, but for long stay such as quarantine purpose, I highly not suggest to book this hotel. Overall opinion, 3 out of 5 I will grade the hotel I have book on.

Well, it's not a family hotel. More into couples kida place. Room bit small for family but manageable. Should have d option on pay in d property. My flight almost canceled but same time a asked d property to change date of my travel but very heard to contact d property. It's good my flight didn't got cancel.

Not recommended for longer stay. The bed has only the fitted sheet on. They provided a top sheet but it's folded together with the towels inside a plastic bag. We requested a blanket to keep us warm but they gave us an extra top sheet instead.So, we ended up buying warm blankets to keep us warm in an air-conditioned room. Also, we requested to be transferred to another room because it smells like smoke all over, including the hallway. The rooms doesn,t seem to be sound proof ,could hear laughter and some commotions from outside & the other rooms. The parking area is very small, could hardly find a parking space.Also, they should replace their coffee cups,which has a break at the tip, & their serving trays,it looks very old & sticky. Anyway, thank to the staff who were very accommodating and polite.Thanks also for the excellent service.

staff will treat your girlfriend like a whore.
Over all this place works for me. The location is directly across from my girlfriend’s store in the Nova Plaza Mall. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable enough but the cleaning staff are extremely loud and inconsiderate in the hallways. Especially in the second floor. Another extremely negative thing is the Hotel Staff is not very nice or respectful towards my girlfriend. This place is obviously a place for short stay sexual encounters and they seem to believe my girlfriend is some hooker off the street. The front desk staff always greet my with respect but unfortunately they never extend the same treatment to my girlfriend. Instead she is subjected to dirty looks and not afforded the respect she deserves.

Value for money
As always the Filipino people are very friendly equally the staff are very helpful. Hotel was clean service little slow with food but too and always made up for delay with a smile. It was very busy outside the hotel and you need to be alert at all times as vehicles of all shapes and sizes come at you from all directions. Lots of shops and not much stopping you to buy and you can look as much as you like and no one bothers you.As always traffic is the big problem if you think you need an hour to get from A2B give yourself 3 hours you will need it. overall good value for money and surprisingly room was very quite.

Novaliches is not an inspiring area of Manila. As a visitor, I doubt you come here unless you were meeting friends or had a business reason to be here. I was visting friends. There is nothing in the way of food and entertainment to excite a visitor. It is quite a run down area. However, the SOGO hotel was a surprise, being well presented inside. Smart clean room. The one surprising fact is having no windows, so you are never sure if it is day or night. I would stay here again if necessary. They offer a reasonable room service menu and it is brought quite quickly, usually within 15 minutes. . For any decent shopping or eating, you need to go on to SM Fairview... 10 peso by Jeepney or 200 by taxi, if you can find one..

Executive Room is Excellent
The Hotel service is Good. Staff are very nice and approachable. The Room was in excellent condition. My concern is the Room next to me is keep on renovation til midnight up to early morning. Renovation is too noisy. I cant sleep well. The rest are all excellent.

This hotel is great. Near restaurants. Shopping very near. SM mall just down the road. Traffic a little heavy on roads. Plenty of transportation .

The staff was so friendly I felt almost like family. The room was nice , clean , and seemed to be very safe. Hotel service great. Very fast in room service. Room rate was very good.

Hotel Sogo Novaliches is ok.
Strange enough there was no refrigerator available, even in the more expensive 'Regency' room. And no sugar-free (=black) coffee also. The Japanese training of the staff to bow for every guest is a bit embarrassing. In Japan the guest would bow back, but at least it's a formalization of showing good manners, albeit a bit weird.

All Rooms are smoking rooms, non are smoke free
The staff is wonderful. Very polite and friendly. the food is terrible, always cold. Plan on eating out most of the time. Very good security. Unfortunately this hotel is used mostly by couples of all ages that want to have a private room for a few hours. You can rent rooms for as little as 2 to 3 hours. This means that the cleaning staff is working around the clock. This makes for a very noisy stay. also there are not any windows in the rooms.

Jeg havde booket og betalt for regency room med en ekatra seng, i 6 dage fyldte de mig med løgn om at værelset desværre stadig ikke var blevet ledigt. Selvom at jeg kunne bevise min booking og betaling. Virkligt skuffende og ingen tilbage betaling. Sidste gang vi kommer der

To Stars too many
Not in a good part of town. Very small premium room. Vinyl mattress covered with a worn-out single sheet. Toilet that plugged up on a daily basis. Mirrors on the wall and above the bed. To hardcore X-rated TV channels. Definitely a place you would not take children. Many rooms on one floor that required daily maintenance so if you're looking to sleep forget it because they will be working in the hall all night long talking singing and making noise impossible to sleep. Air conditioning that was preset with no controller so you had a choice between freezing cold and way too warm. Management did try to be accommodating and we're polite. That is the only good thing I can say about this place. I'm disappointed to have found a place like this on hotels.com.

トイレットペーパーはありません。必要な場合は、近所のお店で購入するか、持って行った方がいいです。 ホテルの前が、常に渋滞箇所なので、うるさいです。 掛け布団がないので、有料サービスか、タオルケット等持って行った方がよいです。 フロントにランドリーショップを聞いてもないと言われますが、ホテルを出て右方向に３分ほど歩いた肉屋の脇に入ったところにありました。 ホテル周りにはお店がいっぱいあるので、食事には困りません。

Convenient location, cheap but won't return.
Felt like it was more suited to being rented by the hour along with inappropriate TV channels and handed a toothbrush, comb and a small bar of soap at reception. Had to pay extra for another sheet or an extra towel etc. AC was on full blast and couldn't be adjusted....worn up at 4 am with a food order we didn't even order. Parking you had to navigate down a small alley which had been taken over by tables be the local shops so barely enough room to get in. It was cheap and it was in the location we needed so it was ok......but likely wouldn't return personally.

Nice hotel very reasonable price.
Very nice place to stay, I just wish the rooms had a little refrigerator and I could adjust my A/C. I would definitely stay there again or recommend a friend to stay there.

Worth its price
It was okay for the price, clean, comfortable but, only 1 power outlet that was broken and did not work, and no tissue or paper towels in the bathroom had to provide my own. Good staff

on route to the beach
we booked this hotel on route to the north for the beach. found I I I clean and cozy. only problem was no fridge. car parking is hard to see but it's there
