- Occupancy is 2 to 4 guests only, including children. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Visitors are not allowed. Extra person fee of Php350 per head after 2 guests.

- The unit is cleaned and completely sanitized prior to check-in. Guests can borrow our sanitized rubber slippers.

- Please help us maintain a clean space. Wash dishes you may use and throw away your trash daily. To avoid attracting ants or other pests, kindly clean up any food crumbs or spills right away, especially from the floor.

- 1 complementary housekeeping service will be provided for every stay of at least 7 nights, upon request. Additional housekeeping service will be charged a cleaning fee of Php 1,000 (20 USD)

- If you wish to use the pool, pool fees apply. Kindly inform us at least 1 day ahead so we can secure the pool tickets for you. Pool fee per person is Php150 (3 USD) on weekdays and Php300 (6 USD) on weekends and holidays.

- There is paid parking onsite. Note though that this can become very expensive, especially if staying overnight. Php50 for first 4 hours, then Php50 per succeeding hour in excess of 4 hours. Overnight surcharge of Php300, in addition to the hourly rates.

- We conduct regular professional pest control to maintain a clean and comfortable space. However, due to the tropical climate in the Philippines, small ants or fruit flies may appear during certain times of the year. If you're particularly sensitive to this, our unit may not be the best fit for you.

- The Security team in Shell Residences is strict and, thus, as part of securing the vicinity, they tend to ask guests at what unit they are staying at. Please simply tell them our unit number and that you are our guests. Thank you for understanding.

- There will be little to no interaction with guests. If you need our help or encounter any issue, we are more than happy to assist you. Note though that our staff will be coming from offsite to assist you so we kindly request your understanding and patience.

Other things to Note:

• Please provide us a copy of each guest's Government ID OR passport at least 2-3 days before your arrival. We are required by our building administration and security to submit your IDs. Without this, we will not be able to host you.
• Please treat our space with care & respect and help us keep the place neat & tidy at all times.
• Please note that we are not a hotel. We neither have room service nor do we serve breakfast. We do not have 24/7 concierge. We will try to help you as much as possible but note that we are coming from off site for any coordination needed.
• Kindly turn off appliances when not in use so we can keep our rates affordable to you and future guests.
• Gym is off-limits to short-term guests.

Penalties / Fines
• Stains on our Linens and Towels such as lipstick stains, luggage marks, oil stains, or other residues will be charged a cleaning fee Php350 (7 USD) per piece of linen or towel.
• If the sofa or bed gets stained or wet a Php 5,000 (about 100 USD) cleaning fee will be charged.
• The apartment is non-smoking (cigarette, cigars, & vaping are not allowed). A Php 5,000 (USD 100) cleaning fee will be charged if there is any sign of smoking in the unit.
• Undeclared / unregistered guests will be charged Php2,000 (40 USD) per person per night.
