Please note there is a minimal fee for use of pool, guests may pay directly to Light Residences property management office:

Regular rate - Php 150/person
Holiday rate - Php 300/person

*Maximum of 2 guests only are allowed to use the pool.

LAUNDRY SERVICES
Available in the mall not in the condo unit.

PARKING
The nearest paid parking facility is located at SM Light Mall and they charge Php 50 for the first 2 hours, Php 30 per succeeding hour, and an additional Php 300 for overnight fee.
