7th Floor Outdoor Terrace:

Pool Access Fee:
Php 150 per head on regular days
Php 300 on public holidays
Let us know a day in advance so we can arrange the pass for you. please take note that the pool is closed every Monday for cleaning.

Parking:
Located at Basement 1 of Air Mall.
Php 50 for the first 3 hours
Php 20 per succeeding hour
No extra charge for overnight parking

Early Check-in:
Can be requested if there are no guests before your check-in. An additional Php 200 per hour applies.

Late Check-out:
Can be requested if there are no check-ins after your booking. An additional Php 200 per hour applies.

Luggage Storage:
If you need luggage storage before check-in, you can leave your bags at the unit while the cleaners are working. Luggage storage is available from 12:00 noon onwards. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.

No luggage storage is available after check-out. However, you may try depositing your bags at the grocery baggage deposit at Air Mall.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking of cigarettes or any other substances is strictly prohibited within the property. A fine of 5000 pesos will be charged if smoking is detected.
