“It was a bit noisy and the room was too bright. However, for the price, it was all tolerable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While it might need some updating, the hotel was very clean. ”

“The motel is a very nice place and is right on Lake Michigan and it has its own private beach across the road from the hotel. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast is not included but there is a very nice little restaurant next door and the motel offers a discount coupon. Lots to see and do in the area.”

“This property was even more beautiful in person. It was meticulously maintained and perfectly located down an isolated dirt road with other cabins nearby. The walks on the beach and bonfire under the stars were incredible, as was kayaking on the lake. It is relatively centrally located, close to good public beaches on both Great and small lakes, and while you do have to drive to get places - it's the UP - the drives are beautiful and its a great home base for day trips; we went to Pictures...

I grew up in the atea and am very familiar with the location, so although I had never been back by this group of cabins before, I knew the general location would be wonderful to stay in. “Was a nice cabin . Very private and peacefull . The inside is updated nicely and everything is well taken care of . They do a nice job making sure you have everything you need. Plenty of wood for fires propane grill chairs .yard games and new playset for the kids . Only downside is this looks like a nice swim spot from the pictures but it is all large and small rocks in front of cabin, very hard to walk in . We had to walk down beach a couple hundred yards to the the south to find a usable...
