“This one bedroom apartment was just perfect for my husband, myself and our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown shops and restaurants. The place has a well stocked kitchen, you can cook up a meal or bring something back from town to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is not centralair, however the portable air conditioner worked just fine, kept us cool. Would stay at this location again.”

“We loved our stay in manitou springs! The cabin is literally right on a creek that is magical to sit by and watch! The bed was comfy, there was an amazing stove and fridge. We ate out so didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped. You can walk to the downtown area and Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, are all within a short drive! Check in and check out were easy and communication with property manager was quick!!”

“The Carriage House is a beautiful, elegant historic home across the street from a park, and just blocks from the main shopping street. Everything was immaculate. The hosts are super nice and very prompt in responding. We had trouble parking in the downtown area and asked if we could park at the house earlier than check in time. Kris responded right away and was very accommodating- just as we found a parking spot on the street after all. I would definitely recommend it highly! ”

“The house was exactly as described. It was very clean, well stocked, and furnished. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The location is great just like all the reviews said. You can take the bus into town or walk and not have to worry about parking. Everything is convenient and there is a grocery store a few miles away.
