“I had a quick change of plans at the last minute and needed a larger cabin. Amy was able to switch my reservation and had me fixed right up! Great property and I’ll book again!”

“The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and the hotel sent an email every day to check on us. The room we got was a King with a jetted tub. The tub was amazing. The room was large and clean. The AC worked excellent and there was a sofa, chair and small side table in the room, along with a desk and rolling chair. We were on the second floor, but we didn't hear must noise.”

“Hot tub was super dirty and closed. Our window leaked water. The washer was out of order and had standing water.”

“Overflowing trash cans in the outdoor common areas. Pool lounge chairs were all damaged.”

“Fire alarm set off 6.15 AM and there should be a "No danger" alarm, so that one know to go back to sleep. No gluten free bread - We had put down in our reservation, so there should at least be an answer on that part - That customers need to bring ones own bread - OR you could keep bread in the freezer.”

“The lobby gave a decent first impression, but it was very misleading to the rest of the property. We had to ask to be moved rooms after getting to our first assigned room and discovering hair still on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be dried soda splattered all over a good portion of the wall near the sofa, and dried rice grains stuck to the wall near the desk! The next room was at least better than that, but still not the most clean. Took the kids to the pool where the door leading to...

“It's a good place to stay one night, well for me it is because it seems like there is people living in the rooms or staying a long time. The only thing good of the breakfast is the waffles, they don't have to many choices, for drink they just have coffe.”

“Even though my wife is the director of housekeeping at winstar world casino and we can spend the nights there we prefer this nice hotel ! We stay every two weeks! Good customer service!”

“I didn't end up staying the night, so I can't say how the room was. I walked into tge main lobby, though. It's definitely a place for a quick overnight stay. I think I would feel more comfortable staying there if I had someone with me, to be honest.”
