âMy family stayed here because it was close to the airport and had 2 bedrooms. We had an emergency in the morning. My husband was ill and needed to see the doctor before our flight back to USA. Our host was very kind and took the time to help us. We made our flight on time! â
âThe check in was very efficient and informative. The room was everything that was needed. Clean, cozy and good view. The only let down was the front entry into the property due to construction going on out front. No fault of the hotel. The parking under the building was easy and spacious and made it easier for entry and exit with the property. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting a very good property to stay at.â
âOur room looked like it had just been refurbished. We had the executive studio with a King bed. The room was very comfortable, very modern and had everything we needed. I loved the beautiful gardens and patio outside area, the grounds and motel are being well looked after. Great hosts! Would definately stay again.â
âEasy to book, friendly and great service. Arrived in the middle of the night and room was warm. With the small heater on. Especially since it is still very cold in Auckland at this time.

âFound it very hard in the dark to get key. numbers on keypad were too small to see. had to contact out of hours staff.
I left at 10am and hoped the reception would be open so i could say thank you, but was closed. i would have liked some contact with the staff so that i did not feel i was just an unimportant number.

âVery dirty and worn.. Over priced for what you get... Had a leak in the bathroom but they couldent repear it.. Wouldn't give us a new room although there was avaliable. â
âRecently renovated property that has been completed to a high standard.
Room was well appointed with cooking facilities, wifi, smart tv, ac and the shower was amazing. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

"Great apartment but no air conditioning and nightly construction work ouside so couldnât have the windows open. Really warm so not very good sleep in spite of ok beds. Not super clean under the beds but ok. Great to be able to just cross the streat to get to bus station"
