Gorgeous Oak & Cedar House 1/2 Block frÄn Manzanita Beach!

MCA # 1271. VÄr plats Àr ett charmigt strandhus med massor av trÀfunktioner: ekgolv, tallpanell och cederkatedraltak med takfönster. Det finns tvÄ privata dÀck separerade av ett lusthus med ett stort spa / badtunna som enkelt kan rymma sex personer. SidodÀcket har utemöbler och en ny grill perfekt för grill.

Det privata sovrummet har högt i tak och en ny king size-sÀng med ny, utmÀrkt madrass och sÀngklÀder och ett angrÀnsande (externt) badrum. Det andra och tredje sovrummet ligger pÄ motsatt sida av det stora rummet / matsalen, vilket gör det enkelt för tvÄ familjer att dela huset. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng med en Englander-madrass (och internt badrum) och det tredje sovrummet har en rullande sÀng (tvÄ singlar) som alla har en mycket bekvÀm madrass. BÄde det andra och det tredje sovrummet vetter ut mot skogen.

Huset ligger i södra Ànden av Manzanita, en lugn bostadsstad med nÄgra fantastiska restauranger och butiker. Vi Àr bara ett halvt kvarter frÄn en av de mest spektakulÀra avskilda strÀnderna pÄ Oregons nordkust. Det grÀnsar i ena Ànden av Neahakanie Mountain och i den andra av en State Park. Stranden slutar i en spett och Neahkannie Bay som skapar ett helt annat vattenlandskap Àn det mÀktiga Stilla havet. I den mycket tystare viken finns det krybbning, tÀtning och kajakpaddling.

Huset ligger en 15 minuters promenad (strand eller gata) frÄn staden Manzanita, som Àr mycket offentligt i dessa dagar. 2005 fanns det artiklar i Sunset och Coastal Living om denna söta roliga stad.

Wonderful girls trip

Bob & Sherry's "Rivendell Experience"

The house is perfect. From all of the wood flooring, walls and ceilings to the well-stocked kitchen. The large deck with the covered hot tub was perfect. Very private. The back yard is fully fenced so we had no worries about the dog. The inside of the house is laid out very nicely. Well thought out. We had a very relaxing weekend with walks on the beach and soaking in the hot tub,to watching Netflix. Thanks Spencer for your hospitality!

Perfect coastal getaway

Very close to the beach, nice, clean, well-appointed house, well maintained, host was responsive. The hot tub was actually clean, functional and accessible which is strange for a short-term rental. Great place, we'll be back!

Cozy gateaway

The property is so much nicer and cozy than the photos. We stayed with out husky and they had poop bags and a bowl. The kitchen is well supplied and they even had grounded coffee. We loved so much this house! Also, the communication with the host is fast and effective. Thank you so much for your attention to details! We definetely will come back.

Sister’s getaway

3 old geezer sisters gathered after 2 years. The rental house was clean and well stocked for cooking, BBQing, hot tubbing, and relaxing rain or shine. Beds were very comfortable. We watched the Presidential debate (yeah) and football. The extra light helped us complete a few puzzles. Access to the beach was close, but for old folks there is better access in town. I’d come again

Beautiful retreat

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home which is a short walk from the beach. It was immaculate and well-kept. The small kitchen was fully equipped and both the indoor & outdoor spaces were pleasant. The small bedroom with twin beds is difficult for adults, as it's set up as a trundle bed (requiring middle of the night leaps over a sleeping person to get to the bathroom).

Fantastic Beach get away!

Wow! I was really impressed by this beach property. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make all of our own meals in the kitchen or on the gas bbq. We used the hot tub every day and it was a great way to relax after playing on the beach. The beach was about 1000 feet away across the dunes and is my favorite beach in Oregon. The property was dog friendly and fenced so our 3 dogs loved it too. Not advertised, but the bathrooms had toto bidets which we also loved. Manzanita town was about a 3 minute drive, 15 minute walk. I would definitely come back. here.

All is good!

The beach is right there with downtown and the state park close by, beds are comfortable, hot tub is great, neighborhood is quiet plus ..... TWO dog dishes on the deck to keep dogs happy. This will be our Manzanita go-to!

Amazing house, the best stay

We LOVED this house. My four year old had a blast reading books and doing puzzles that were provided. We were so cozy and loved the close walk to the beach. The pictures don’t do this house justice. Stay here, you’ll love it.
