Aptly named, Stone’s Throw is the perfect place to spread out and enjoy time with loved ones as close to the beach as you can get. The unobstructed view from the second-story West-facing deck may distract your group for a moment, but we’re sure you’ll find the interior equally as impressive! With an expansive, open floor plan and many modern updates, this quintessential Manzanita Beach house also has a rich history. The ideal mix of old and new, this charming two-story property has six spacious bedrooms (sleeps 15 adults MAX), three full bathrooms, luxury vinyl floors, two separate living rooms with flat-screen TVs, a huge cook’s kitchen with all the comforts of home, and much, much more.



An immense custom-built banquet table will invite the entire family to dine together with the Pacific as your backdrop. Open the wide sliding glass doors to expand this space further and let the damp, salty air drift in while you eat. Clean-up will feel like no trouble at all in the massive kitchen with stainless steel appliances and storage galore. With ample room for everyone to stay and help out, the whole group can take on a chore.

The lower level of the house has a kitchenette area with a full sink, a drop-leaf table with seating for 4, and a huge closet full of games and puzzles. One double queen bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on this floor.

Peruse the homeowner’s vast book collection to find the perfect read on a rainy day. Cozy up in the second-story window seat overlooking the surf and maybe catch a whale spout far off in the distance.

When the magical phosphorescence is out, go “star stomping” with the family after dark to make lifelong memories. The kids will be telling the stories of Manzanita Beach for years to come. Head inside for a warm cup of cocoa or tea and send the younguns downstairs to begin the foosball tournament while the adults enjoy a soak in the hot tub. The Neighborhood:

Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people.



Getting Around:

No need for a vehicle while in Manzanita unless you would like to travel to adjacent towns. Everything is walkable.



Other Things to Note:

The hot tub fee is in the total of your rental, there is no additional charge for use of the hot tub.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.

Our office hours are 9:00 am-5:30 pm, 10-4pm Sundays.
