“This is a roadside stop. They were understaffed and it really showed. There were major stains on the carpet in our room. The shower head was loose from the wall. The ice machine definitely needed a cleaning. The sheets and towels seemed clean. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The staff that were there were very nice and doing their best to keep everything going. Take your chances with this one!”

“They had issues with the plumbing. There was water and sewage in both our rooms and the hallway. They had problems when we were checking in and they should have notified everyone and not rented out the rooms.”

The rooms are basic, no frills, all you need for a short stay: clean, great location, comfy bed, cold A/C & hot shower. Love sitting out on the deck just enjoying the sights & sounds of the lake-but you can only really enjoy it during the day; at night the bugs take over, swarming around all of the lights. You’ll get that anywhere near water. Overall, we had a great time & will be back....

“We stayed at this location because of the wineries nearby. Both the hotel website and the Debonne winery website advertised free shuttles to and from the winery. The website was clear that the shuttles were daily and complimentary. When we got there we were told first that there weren’t shuttles, and later that there was one going at 4:30, for $39 a person!!! It all felt very sketchy. The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast was solid, but if you are looking for a winery shuttle or helpful...

“It is ancient but very well maintained. All the furniture and fixtures looks like it is from the 1950s or 1970s - the building looks to be built of concrete or blocks with a brick exterior. Only about 20 rooms. Room is large and has a tiled bathroom with a toilet that looks like it would swallow the Titanic.
