“They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other...

“The property is just very worn, but I will say it seems like they are trying. There are some materials in the lobby which look like they may be getting ready to replace some flooring. The hallways smell clean, but there were smears of paint up and down them showing attempt to cover years of rough treatment. The staff was nice. We were warned our door may not lock/unlock correctly. Upon opening the guest room we were greeted with a strong urine smell. The toilet was loose. The sink was stained...

“Very friendly staff and weel kept hotel facility. The sorrunding area may not be the nicest as the hotel is placed in an industry area. But safe and calm.”

“The hotel is renovating rooms, so there is some visible construction material, but we stayed in one of the updated rooms and it looked and was AMAZING! Totally worth the money By all the main shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic. We go to alliance at least twice a year and will stay here from now on.”

“The exterior of the building was not well-maintained; it was crumbling in parts of the facade, the lawn wasn't mowed, and there were gaps in the sidewalks around the parking lot. The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was a bit bare bones.”

“Would stay here again. Needs more outlets, so whatever you do, don’t look behind the end table to look for one. You’ll find soda bottles and room keys caked in dust. However the frequently used areas are very clean.”
