âThe room was very clean and had everything you would need. Only 2 things: no coffee pot in the room (coffee 24 hrs in the lobby) and no microwave. I bring left overs for my meals (saving some money on the trip) so I was unable to use them. The room did have a little fridge but no freezer. The bed was OK. â
âThe front desk staff at the Quality Inn in Kenly, NC is hands down the friendliest group of people Iâve come across. They are straightforward, welcoming, polite and accommodating. They truly care about their guests and their stay. If there is ever an issue they get it taken care of right away. Other hotels I have stayed at made me feel like I was really bothering them if I had a concern to the point that I didnât speak up. I feel comfortable and welcomed at this property.â

âAt first it was overbooked and we might not get a room but eventually we got one. When we finally got it it turned out that the sheet was dirty and not changed(maybe pee on it) and no pillow cases, after notifying the desk it was fixed fast but have no idea why there was kids, maybe husband and other in our room while they fixed it. There seems to be drugs around but I am not sure. â
âMary at the front desk was welcoming and efficient when I checked in and out. Also, we didn't have a remote control in our room and she walked one over as soon as we called. Thanks, Mary.
The room was small. Everything was clean and in good shape. Bed comfortable. Refrigerator kept things cool as did the room air conditioner. Occasional noise outside but nothing unusual. Overall a fantastic choice if you want a low cost room. I'll stay here every time I travel to Goldsboro.â
âThe property was good. My only issues I had was a random man trying to play with my room door while I was inside and just a little water plumbing issue but it was a good stay. Would recommend â
