The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!”

First the rooms are dark and uncomfortable and don’t keep the humidity out, so didn’t really sleep. Our mission became trying to stay away from the property as much as possible. “Ripples Resort made our Kerala vacation. The food, service, and accommodations were all excellent. We stayed for five nights. We had a bungalow near the canal. It was spacious, with a big living room, a bedroom, a small dressing area (I think), and an outdoor shower. It felt peaceful and private. We did yoga on the last three days. “We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. “Vi spenderade en fantastisk vecka på Deshadan. Allt var magiskt. Vacker trädgård med två små kaniner som springer runt, en pool med utsikt på sjön där fina båtar åker förbi. Personalen var nog de mest trevliga indierna jag träffat på hela resan, väldigt hjälpsamma. Utvecklingsområde vore att hotellet borde försöka skaffa alkohollicens. Vidare måste jag även klaga på att matportionerna var ganska små gentemot priset. Maten i sig är dock extremt god. ”

“A nice hotel with a big pool even though the pool area isn’t welcoming at all (nowhere to sit, no towels etc). I’ve seen some comments on stuff in previous reviews, I’d say that they were friendly in Indian standard. Good area close to the bus station. WiFi not working. ”
