Denna mycket rymliga 3bdrm / 2bath har två balkonger med havsutsikt. Det finns två stora kung sovrum och ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. Köket och apparaterna är nya. Det rymliga vardagsrummet / matsalen är mycket bekvämt inredda och har en tropisk atmosfär. Från denna vackra privata strand kan du simma, snorkla och fiska - eller bara njut av den oändliga vattnet. Den stora uppvärmda poolen är belägen för full njutning av havsutsikten med havsutsikt. Från lägenheten kan du gå en mil av naturliga stränder till en liten offentlig strand. Privat preparerad strand, naturlig strand, offentlig strand - allt från din dörrsteg! Det finns närliggande banor för jogging och cykling. Great!

Wonderful condo on the beach, pictures are exactly as listed, check in was nice and easy, I did have an issue with the property dryer but that was resolved when I called the maintenance man(Kevin). Only issue my family had was the WiFi was terrible, but overall condo was nice.

gorgeous view nice condo plenty of space

We spent a week in condo 15 of royal plum condos. We had the upper floor end unit, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Although the condo's furniture and the bath in the master bedroom were very outdated, and worn out, we still enjoyed our stay. The beach was cleaned of sargassum every morning making swimming in the ocean and playing on the beach easily accessible, and the pool was heavenly. Mary was very helpful and easy to contact.

Paradise

Mary was the best host we have ever met. After a long day of traveling, we were welcomed to the beautiful condo with a key lime pie in the fridge. Mary was sweet enough to let us use her pickle ball and tennis rackets. She made a few trips to drop items off for us. The condo had the most amazing views and was decorated so cute. We appreciated the cleanliness and wanted to stay forever! 100/10

We had an amazing time! The pictures don’t do this place justice. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise every morning was wonderful. Even on a rainy day the view can’t be beat. Owners were great with communication and I’ve recommended this place to friends.

This property is incredible! The pictures don’t lie….if anything, the pictures are modest! We had 6 adults (family with grown children) and plenty of space. The home was convenient to anywhere in the keys! We definitely would come back.

Best stay!

Couldn’t have picked out a better stay and host! Breathtaking views, clean condo, and easy access to everything near by! The condo was perfect for our family of 6 with lots of room for all! The location was amazing, beautiful views. Ocean front with pool right outside the door. The condo was nice, dated. Many vertical blinds missing from the living room and master bedroom. Location is great in the middle of the Keys, not far to the grocery and places to eat. The only major issue is with the condo was the A/C. At first the condo would only get to 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Contacted Mary and she suggested tips. Didn't help. Talked to her on multiple occasions. She finally sent someone out on Wednesday and they got it fixed on Thursday. Wednesday night was miserable 83 degrees all night. Check out time is.very early 9am. Only 2 towels per bedroom, not enough with no washer and dryer in condo. No bath mats, 4 wash rags, only 2 beach towels for 6 people in a 3 bedroom condo. Overall a great trip.

Girls Trip

6 women from Ohio and Arizona and we had a great time. The only difficulties we had was the skillets were not great and made it unpleasant to cook as we did breakfast every other day. And even though the hand book earns you about no see ums you can’t really prepare for them. I’m covered in bites and will have scars from them.

basic Keys condo on weedy beach

Bird of Paradise was clean and comfortable, but pretty basic in its amenities. The wifi was extremely weak, and really only worked on the pool-facing balcony. We found this made it difficult to do even basic web-based activities, like searching for information on local attractions, and impossible to do things like stream movies. The unit is oceanfront, however, the beach and water in this area have a lot of seagrass, which smells quite strongly, and we saw no one using the beach or in the water. It's part of the natural ecology, and present on all the beaches in the area, but it does significantly compromise the enjoyability. There is a very nice pool in the complex, however, and we spent many afternoons there. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of dishes, and enough cookware to make dinner and other meals. Bath towels and hand soap were provided, but extras, like shampoo/conditioner and beach towels are not. There was also an odd lack of towel hooks or other places to hang wet towels, swimsuits, etc. There are laundry machines on site, but they are coin operated, and we did not use them.

The best location

We loved this place. The property was in a perfect location. Well stocked. The pool was so nice. Right on the beach. Mary gave us a small cooler to use and it was perfect for what we needed. Honestly I can’t say enough nice things about this property and Mary!!!

A family from SC.

A fire alarm kept going off all night the first night there. Urine on the toilets. Several new appliances so I guess the contractors didn't clean up after themselves. The beach was covered in seaweed plus it stunk to high heavens. Not planning on going back. Also the door to the unit was open when we got there but the keys were not in the unit (condo). My wife is a hospice nurse and could not believe how the bad there cleaning service is. I am a frugal CPA and this was the most we ever paid for a vacation unit and was disappointed. Our daugther had just graduateded from PA school and we wanted this vacation to be special but were disappointed.
