What a view!
To wake up each morning with an unobstructed view of the ocean is truly priceless! The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a perfect keys getaway. The building even had a nice heated pool. It’s very centrally located. We went to Key West for a day, Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda. I highly recommend staying on Marathon…so many good restaurants! Todd is wonderful to work with!

Great Vacation
Beautiful condo in a nice area of the Keys, plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The views of the open Ocean from the balcony were simply terrific. Todd was a great communicator and provided many options for dining in the area, everyone we went to was really good too. Definitely would stay here again.

Great spot in Marathon to relax
Had a wonderful stay in early August. The condo was very well kept and included everything that you could need in the kitchen or for beach excursions. The view and the pool can't be beat. It is a great location if you are going to explore more of the Keys. Communication with owner was very good. We did have one unfortunate day of very heavy construction noise but he made up for it by refunding us for the day. I would definitely recommend this unit or complex to others. The whole family enjoyed themselves.

Great Condo, excellent location, fully stocked!
We loved this condo! Located right on the ocean, with a nature preserve to the east which gave us extra privacy. The pool was great, with plenty of lounge chairs. Extra beach chairs for guest use were available. The condo comes with 4 bikes, and is located right on the bike path! We also used the ocean kayak, which was a ton of fun! Marathon is right in the middle of the keys, just over an hour to either Key Largo or Key West. The condo was the best stocked property we've stayed at in our >10 years of renting VRBO's (tennis rackets, snorkel gear for 4, fishing rods/tackle, beach towels, full kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas) If we needed it, the condo had it! Todd was very accessible, and took care of any question we had. I would recommend this condo 100% to anyone looking to visit the Keys. This property truly raises the bar when it comes to where I'll be looking to stay in the future.

Quiet Oceanfront Condo
The spot is wonderful. Waking up every morning to the view of the water is something we all got used to. The pool was right on the water and Todd’s recommendations for restaurants was spot on. We plan on returning in the future!

So much to do- never enough time!
From the bikes, beach, kayaks, tennis courts, pool and great nearby restaurants, the condo was well furnished and well located. Todd was very responsive as the host and all was as advertised. We will return as soon as we can!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!
This condo is a very nice updated condo with a oceanfront view. The kitchen and bath have both been updated and have everything you need for the week. The owners are very kind and stayed it touch to make sure everything was going well. The condo has beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets, kayaks, and snorkeling gear so you won’t have to worry about not having enough beach supplies! Highly recommend staying here it will not disappoint!

Wonderful Condo
We had the best week in the Florida Keys. This rental was perfect. Todd was amazing to work with and was very helpful. Although sargassum made the beach unusable, Todd told us about alternatives like Sombrero beach that were lovely. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect Vacation Rental In The Keys!
I am no stranger to beachfront/oceanfront vacation rentals - I’ve rented several ranging from Texas to Florida over the years. Most of my experiences have been relatively positive, but there are always little quirks, and the properties always tend to look better in the photos than in person, so I keep an open mind when I open the door to a vacay rental for the first time. Well, I have to say that for the first time, I opened the door to a property that far EXCEEDED the online description and photos!!! The condo was so clean, the kitchen was very well appointed, the towels and bed linens were plentiful and of good quality, and all the extras such as beach chairs, kayak, etc were just perfect! My family and I were truly impressed! The view cannot be beat and the location was fantastic! It’s centrally located in The Keys, so we were able to drive up and down the islands to explore. It’s a quiet spot, which we really like. It’s fun to visit the busier spots like Key West, but at the end of the day I want to relax and hear the sounds of the ocean. There was a lot of stinky seaweed in the water and on the beach, but I know that’s to be expected at times - it was just the timing of our trip. It wasn’t our first time experiencing manky ol seaweed, so we made the best of it. The pool is between the building and the ocean, so most of the time we just swam in the pool…while looking directly at the ocean…so that pretty much made up for the seaweed issue! Checking in was a breeze and Todd emailed all pertinent information in a timely manner. I cannnot say enough nice things about this rental - I highly recommend to anyone needing a smaller rental in The Keys. We will definitely be back!

This Unit is awesome with stunning views!
We loved our stay at Coco Plum beach in Unit 3D. The condo is exactly as described and the views are actually more stunning in person. The owners were very knowledgeable about the area, gave great tips and were very communicative. Bikes, kayak, snorkel gear, chairs, fishing rods, seriously a fantastic very quite unit and beach! We had an awesome spring break!

Beautiful Week Away!
The property has awesome views! We loved the walks on the beach, use of the kayak and bicycles, and the great condo! The condo is located to easily get to Key West and Key Largo. We also enjoyed so much in Marathon. The owners were so helpful to make sure we had a great stay!

Amazing view!
The location of this corner unit condo on the 3rd floor is outstanding! Beautiful views of the ocean where we saw dolphins, manatees and other wildlife. Condo is spacious and clean. Convenient parking. Clean heated pool steps from the ocean. Highly recommend this location!

Best Vacation Spot in Marathon
Book this now!! It's a beautiful, spacious home with a million dollar view. It's so peaceful. You have your own pool, beach, kayaks and did I say it's RELAXING!! Just a short drive to The Keys and back to serenity. We will be returning!

Best Beach location in the Keys

Gorgeous and peaceful!
We were looking forward to our vacations since we had skipped the 2020 vacations due to COVID. This was place was beyond perfect! The view is amazing and the apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It has everything needed to make your stay special.

Secluded
We loved being directly on the beach. There was a cm problem with seaweed on the shore. Bring bug repellent because No-see-ums are horrible. There is a book journal to give you ideas on where to eat. There’s no Kmart as stated, it’s closed, but there’s a dollar tree and a couple of grocery stores. We rented a boat a used the units kayaks a lot! Love it here!

Nice Condo and good location

Amazing Condo and Gorgeous Views

Getaway to the Keys

Todd and Jamie have an awesome ocean front condo. Great balcony and comfortable chairs overlooking the ocean. Everything you could need was there. Beach chairs, umbrella, fishing equipment, snorkel stuff, kayak, bicycles, books , movies, washer and dryer. They have thought of everything. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of linens etc.... Warm pool between ocean and condo. Good location in Marathon. Near plenty of good restaurants. A little over an hour drive to Key West. Nice meeting both of you!

Exactly what the doctor ordered

Perfect Getaway
This property is perfect for a beach getaway. Direct access to very private feeling beach. Need to buy cooking basics ie salt, pepper. People in complex extremely friendly. Pool was warm and well maintained.

“Room with a view” a perfect name for 3D
We had a delightful stay at Todd’s place in Marathon. The floor to ceiling glass doors leading to the screened in porch overlooking the ocean provide a breathtaking view. It’s the focal point of the unit. The unit had an updated and well equipped kitchen with unexpected extras such as dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap. We used the snorkel gear and the kayak and they were in good shape. Todd was an excellent host and was very responsive. He raises the bar for VRBO all owners. We would be happy to stay there again.

Renting here was the best choice for our vacation!!
First off, the property was exactly as pictured. Everything was perfectly clean and in great shape as was expected per the photos. The ocean-side pool was hard to beat also! Second, the condo had every need covered. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you could think of, and all the extras such as a pack ‘n play and beach equipment were just the cherry on top, making having our two-year-old along so easy. Third, the view was just amazing! Waking up to the sunrise over the water every morning was a fantastic start to each day. The beach alongside the condo complex was peaceful and a great way to spend the extra periods of time we had between activities on the islands. I will also take time to rave about the hosts. Todd and Jamie went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless. Check-in was a breeze and allowed us to make our own code to the condo for the week. Todd was available at any time for us to ask questions and address any concerns that arose. We had trouble with the coffee maker at the beginning of the week and within a day of communicating with Todd about it he had ordered one to be sent right to the condo! If we’re back in the area for another vacation we will definitely stay at their properties again.

Beautiful sunsets
We enjoyed our stay in Marathon even though we had a couple of rainy days. Todd gave us so many suggestions for bars and restaurants that even with social distancing and patio dining we felt safe and were very satisfied. Our favorite restaurant was "Hideaway Cafe" - sweet potato cheesecake yum!!

Great Place to Explore the Keys

Unbelievable Week!
This condo MADE our vacation! Not only was the space immaculately clean, easy to get to, and very spacious, it was also beyond stocked! Beach Umbrella, chairs, fishing gear, snorkel equipment, beach towels, bikes, kayak, and more! We drove 11 hours and it was so nice to not have a car packed with everything but the kitchen sink to go on vacation. The view and beach at the condo were great. We would come back every afternoon from exploring the Keys, to the quietest, most peaceful place. My boys (12 & 9) loved getting back to swim in the pool (which we had to ourselves most of the time) or fish off the beach. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures with beautiful furnishings and decor and a nicely stocked kitchen. Wonderful appliances and the washer and dryer really made a difference for this Momma! The location was a perfect home base for exploring the area! Todd, your condo will always be our go to when we come back to the Keys! Thank for such an amazing space!

Great condo in a great location
This condo was in a perfect location in the Keys and in a quiet area. The unit is well-appointed with everything you may need and in working order. The place is well-maintained and clean. The adjacent beach is great for fishing in the surf. If you're wanting beautiful beaches, they arent too far away. I would highly recommend this condo, as there aren't many places directly on a beach and as nice as this one! I would return here. You can watch the sunrise from the lanaii every morning and enjoy the Atlantic view.

Beautiful as described.
Lovely ocean front unit, quiet and well decorated. Small issue contacted owner and had it fixed in a matter of a few hours. Will definitely return.

Awesome!
Great condo and the owners are awesome! I had to have a package delivered while staying here that went into the locked mailbox. The owners went out of their way to help me gain access and retrieve the package. The condo has a fantastic view and is in a good central location on the keys. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Vacation 2019
We could not have been happier with our experience and stay. Everything was exactly as described. No words can express how pleased we were with the communication from Todd throughout. He even emailed us on the first night we were there to be sure all was good and to provide additional suggestions for things to do while visiting. Great vacation and would highly recommend Unit 3D!!

Wonderful week in Marathon
My family and I really enjoyed our week at this fantastic condo! The views were spectacular. I enjoyed having my coffee each morning on the balcony and cooling off in the pool in the afternoon. The condo was equipped with anything you could possibly need. Check in and check out were both a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again. Our first day was met with an air conditioning issue but Todd was very quick to respond and had someone out the same day to repair this. We really appreciated how quick he was to address this concern. Thank you Todd for allowing us the pleasure of staying at this beautiful location.
