Sink into the designer L-shaped sleeper sofa (it opens into an additional bed for extra sleeping space), cue up your favorite show on the 42” smart TV, and unwind with the kind of calm you only get when you’re this close to the docks.

It has all the cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and everyday essentials that make it easy to settle in and feel at home. Start mornings at the Coffee Station featuring a Keurig coffee machine + K-cups + sugar & creamer, then head out knowing everything you need is right here when you return.

There is also a boat launch ramp and on-site boat trailer parking available. Pontoon boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals are available as well!
