Parking under the condo is 40ft long and just shy of 8ft tall. All vehicles and trailers must fit in the assigned parking there are no guest/overnight parking in the complex. No rvs or motorhomes. Dockage available at first come first serve. Please note - there are no outlets for electric car chargers - you will not be able to charge your car on site. ***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon. Need more than one unit? We also have Clocked Out, Rx: Paradise and Bikinis & Martinis too!Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat & one trailer only. This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
