âLove the friendliness of all staff. From the valet employees and front desk. Our check in and check out was easy. The pool was also a great add on to our stay as last year we did not have the chance to stop by! Room service was ok for the most part. The location is very noisy - we didnât sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least weâd expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent.

"Great apartments in Nashville! Modern, spacious and clean. The whole hotel is modern and feels mor European than American, which is great! It is possible to walk to downtown, and the area offers free parking on the streets around the hotel, so no need for their expensive valet parking (also a public parking garage 100m from the hotel for approx. 20usd/24h).
Only problem was the soundproofing, very poor between the rooms, you heard the persons in the rooms next to you easily.
However, the staff in the reception is rude and unfriendly. But if you manage to ignore them you will have a nice stay here. "
