20 year Anniversary
Wonderful Boutique Hotel, location could not be better in the heart of Old Town Marbella. Great, friendly, helpful and professional staff, both in the reception and in the very nice and cozy restaurant where the food was really good. Also the interior and design details were fantastic, highly recommended!

This lovely boutique hotel is set in the old town of Marbella amongst the pretty streets, squares and many restaurants and shops. The staff are so helpful and welcoming.

Having read the other 5 star reviews for this property I’m wondering if my expectations were too high? Aesthetically the hotel is fantastic, beautifully renovated with high attention to detail but on arrival we were very underwhelmed and felt quite unwelcome at check in. The receptionist was very abrupt and unfriendly. We had booked a junior suite for extra space and were very disappointed. It was very small and had no seating area, just a tiny coffee table with one chair. Certainly not a junior suite just a small hotel room. We are light sleepers and had booked the room as it was advertised as soundproofed however this was certainly not the case!! The rooms were situated round an open courtyard which led down to the reception, on one night we were kept awake all night by the constant pinging of incoming texts on the night receptionists mobile, on another night the receptionist was chatting loudly from 3am to 5 am to another person, eventually my husband had to go out and ask them to be quiet. Breakfast was served on a beautiful roof terrace, the food was fresh and delicious, but very little choice and we were served exactly the same food every morning. We were served fresh bread with no butter. On 3 mornings I asked for butter and was kept waiting 10 minutes. I had to remind the server on 2 occasions as she seemed to have forgotten. Although it wasn’t busy at all with only about 4 other tables occupied. All in all a beautiful hotel but poor customer service.

On the other hand, the service that you describe is not what we aim for and certainly, seeing other guests reviews, it is not the service we usually deliver.The room booked was a Junior Suite that, due to being and historical old building, it might not be as big as you expected but is as advertised with pictures.I will address the noise issue as we always try to keep a quiet atmosphere. Also, we will review the breakfast as we feel there are options available to order, but of course, there is always room to improve.All in all, thank you very much and hope to see you back in any of our hotels in the future.Please, ask for me if you are planning to come back to Marbella.Kindest regardsDaniel GallegoFront Office Manager

L’emplacement est top, hôtel rénové de façon impeccable, ayant respecté le style local avec des touches de modernité de très bon goût. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Juste à savoir qu’il est impossible d’arriver devant l’hôtel en voiture (piétons) parking à 5 minutes. Merci pour ce séjour à un prix défiant toute concurrence grâce à une offre expédia

Such a beautiful hotel in the heart of Marbella! Everything was perfect it is now one of my favourite places I’ve ever been to. My room had the most charming balcony facing an old church. The rooftop is stunning and the food there was incredible
