  • Välkommen till vårt enrumsboende som ligger vid strandlinjen av LBJ-sjön. Det finns en båt lansering mycket nära och en dag dock för din bekvämlighet. Fastigheten erbjuder en sandstrand med tillgång till sjöar för alla dina vattenaktiviteter. Dessutom finns det 2 uppfriskande pooler på plats. Fastigheten erbjuder flera aktiviteter inklusive volleyboll och tennisbana, hästsko gropar, shufflebräda, grillgrillar och en eldgrop för att slappna av och njuta av S'mores vid slutet av dagen.

    Vår enhet ligger på andra våningen (Unit 221) och har utsikt över den välskötta entrén. Den har en queen size-säng i sovrummet, en lyxig luftmadrass och en L-formad soffa. Det har också ett fullt utrustat kök med fat, glas, bestick, mixer, brödrost, kaffekanna och krukor och kokkärl. Den har en balkong som erbjuder ett bistrobord med inbyggd ishink för dina drycker. Det finns en myntstyrd tvättmaskin och torktumlare beläget i Jamaica-byggnaden (600).

This trip was amazing!! The condo was perfect! The property is AMAZING! The host was so nice and helpful with everything we needed!We will absolutely be back! Seriously this place was like a slice of paradise!

Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. Walking distance to dog park, beach area and pools as well as drive into town. There is a wasps nest in back porch which prevented us from sitting out in balcony. Very pet friendly and easy and fast communication responses from hosts. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Will visit again for sure.

Condo was great! Access to 2 pools and the beach area. Plenty of seating available at the beach area. Advertised for 6 people. I would say 4 adults and 2 small kids. Would recommend!

Facility and apt are well-maintained and have LOTS of extras: outside shuffleboard, park-sized chess & checkers, sand volleyball court w/balls, covered picnic areas, permanent beach umbrellas and beach chairs which were super handy. The 2 pools have shaded areas for a large portion of the day. The apt balcony has furniture-handy for drying out swimsuits and towels. The mellow deer walking around the complex were enjoyed by both adults & kids. Owners were great about responding to our questions very quickly. 16 quarters required per load of laundry, so bring a couple of rolls if you plan on washing clothes. The 5th & 6th sleeping spots are the couch and attached lounger-works for kids. Couch does not have a pullout bed. Tempur Pedic mattress for 3rd & 4th sleepers is wonderful.

Quiet area, but fun. I took 3 teenagers who don't like to go to the beach. They enjoyed swimming in the pool and in the lake. The beach area was very nice. The girls enjoyed swimming out to the platform and going down the water slide. Marble Falls is a short drive away with restaurants and shopping, as well as a unique downtown area.

My husband and I were celebrating our 32nd anniversary. We had a wonderful stay. It was quite and felt secluded. Owners were very gracious when we mixed up check out time. We will return!❤️

Great place for a get away!

My husband and I needed a change of scenery without driving a long way. This is a nice, quiet place to do that. We enjoyed walking around the property, swimming in the pool, grilling and driving around the surrounding areas. Our daughter-in-law and two grandkids joined us for part of the stay. I would definitely go back to this rental.

Amazing, relaxing stay!

We had such a great time! The condo was very clean and nice and everything we could possibly need. The amenities included with our stay were amazing, we had a great time lounging in the pool and the lake. We even had friends staying a few doors down. We all want to come back and enjoy this place asap. Even the people who lived there were welcoming and so nice! Makes me want to move to Marble Falls!

Nice place to stay

Everything was as in the pictures. The only thing that I did notice was that there was no tv in the bedroom. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen essentials I needed. Nice little get away and the beach area was nice to visit. Had a good time here with my family. Just need to update the pool code. Would definitely come back to the same place to visit again!!

We were disappointed it wasn't close to any of the cities, everything seemed like a far drive. The property was beautiful but the bed was very uncomfortable and the tv selection was lacking. Also the dumpster was pretty far whith only a small trash can inside. Overall the stay was good just probably wont be back.

Hill Country Road/Lake Trip

We rented this property due to location and proximity to other family on the lake. It was perfect for what we needed. This unit is close to the road first set of apartments. It’s a decent walk to the beach area and larger pool. The smaller pool was closed for repairs and we did not find this out until we had already booked. These things didn’t bother us since we were Leaving each day to meet up with family on the lake. This unit is older very affordable. Decorated cute. We would stay here again but If I was vacationing at the lake for a week, I would pick something closer to the water. One of the lights in the bathroom was out when we arrived and the owner was quick to change it for us! We arrived about 20 minutes prior to check in and the owner was very nice and let us in a few minutes early!

The unit was clean inside. No TV in bedroom was a bit disappointing for a vacation stay. The front door deadbolt had issues and couldn't close the door. The screens for sliding glass doors were both off track and one fell on me while sitting on the balcony. One sliding glass door lock did not properly work, which was nerve racking having our toddler able to open the balcony door so easily. The bedroom door knob was broken. Overall maintenance is lacking for something they want to charge market price for. It needs upkeep or a discount. Also, it is the furthest unit away from the beach, which would've been nice to know as we thought we were getting lakefront housing. The balcony had tons of bird droppings all over it. Not all fresh. It appeared it had been quite awhile since the balcony was cleaned properly. The owner addressed the front door lock within 12 hours, but did not address or even acknowledge the other items I brought up. Quite disappointing.
