Lovely Studio Rental with Hamilton Creek Views for Vacation in Marble Falls, Texas

This charming vacation rental is located in Marble Falls, Texas and is the perfect accommodation for a stay in the Texas Hill Country. The studio-style rental can comfortably sleep five guests and features a queen-sized bed, a lofted twin and a futon that folds down into a double. The Studio has a spacious full bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower.



A glass panel helps to separate the sleeping area from the living area, where guests can find the futon, a lounge chair and a flat-screen TV with Dish service. Underneath the elevated bunk is a reading nook with a comfy rug, bean bag chair and a lamp. In the cabinet you will find games and books for leisure reading.



Meals can be easily prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, which is appointed with appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. There’s a dining table located in the eat-in kitchen area.



The Studio apartment is in a metal building adorned with cool metal signs, along with landscaping and flowers. The front side of the building is used as storage. Outside guests will find a lovely view of the creek from the covered deck where you can relax on the porch swing, eat at the bistro table or chill around the fire pit.



All rentals are equipped with outdoor seating, a table, fire pit and charcoal grill. Guests will also be provided with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, all linens, hand soap, dish soap and toilet paper. There is a tree house on property with a smaller rock climbing wall and play area for the kids. Guests are free to use the provided canoes, explore the 6 acre property and swim and fish in the creek. Locally there are many lakes, state parks, wineries, eateries, shops and more to explore.



Pets are welcome, but the pet fee must be paid. We do ask that pets be kenneled while indoors to ensure they aren’t on the furniture. They are free anywhere outside on a leash. If pets are not kenneled and have been on furniture, a $100 cleaning fee can be assessed.
