“Very clean and inviting”

“stora rum och bra frukost som ingick. Rent och fräsch!”

“Checkin was a mess. I was told to take a smaller room than what i had paid for, i insisted and was then given key to a room that was already occupied (with bags and clothes everywhere) Some 20 min later i got access to an unoccupied room. Attitude of reception staff nonchalant. Later during the stay i again found reception staff members non-cooperative. The hotel is old and feels dingy. Room itself fine however. Easy access to downtown Raleigh by bus, stop just 200 metres outside.”

“Front desk staff were amazing especially Janica (hope that’s right lol). They made me and my sister feel welcome. Victoria the server in high ground was really great as well. Overall an awesome stay. Will come back for sure :)”

“Very clean property, we were very happy with our stay.”

“Typical of Hampton Inns with all the usual advantages and disadvantages. Large comfortable room but the amenities are poor verging on non-existent. Arrived late but the bar, which was open, was serving no food. I was directed to the ”shop” which only offered junk food. The breakfast buffet is very poor, the paper plates and plastic cutlery feel like the final insult. I don’t know why Hampton choose to aim so low. No bottle of water in the room, you have to ask for it. ”

“Very clean and all the staff were very nice and professional”

“Helt ok som helhet. Men ett stort minus att sängarna är inplastade så de prasslar och det är för tunn bäddmadrass över plasten vilket gör att sängen inte andas. Vaknade svettig flera gånger under natten med blöt rygg mot sängen. ”
