San Marco Residences, located directly across the street from the Maple Ave beach path, offers a central location with restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. This makes it an excellent alternative to the JW Marriott, which is situated catty-corner to this building. What sets this building apart is its unique feature of allowing nightly rentals, unlike the other beachfront properties.

Our unit boasts two king bedrooms and an in-unit laundry room. Unit 606, a 1200 sq ft luxury condo located on the top floor, offers stunning views of the gulf. It features top-of-the-line Bosch appliances and Grohe bathroom fixtures. Unlike most condos in the building, we have an in-unit laundry room (please note that the washing machine is on the smaller side).

Each bedroom is equipped with a new king bed, complete with all-white bedding and bath towels. Every blanket, linen, and even the coverlet is washed between guests. We have a full, top-of-the-line kitchen with Bosch appliances, including a fridge with filtered water inside the door.

The kitchen area also features a coffee station with a Nespresso Vertuo machine, a K-cup machine, a regular coffee pot, and a tea kettle. An assortment of creamers and sweeteners are provided to cater to different preferences.

The building is situated catty-corner to the JW Marriott. This apartment is an ideal choice if you’re looking to avoid the exorbitant prices at the JW but still need to attend a wedding or conference there. Additionally, we’re conveniently located near the San Marco Catholic Church, making it a great option for those attending weddings held there.

The apartment boasts a balcony that offers breathtaking views of the beach and the water. However, it’s important to note that the building is across the street from a free, public beach access that lacks parking. Therefore, only individuals who can walk there are permitted to use this access, which is ideal for guests at San Marco Residences as it provides a quieter section of the beach.

San Marco Residences is equipped with a spacious, sunny heated pool and a tennis/pickle ball court. There’s also a grill available for the building residents.

We provide most of the amenities you’ll need for your stay. We provide many amenities such as six laundry pods, six dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There are four toilet papers per bathrooom, two paper towels, one new sponge, hand soap, and dish soap. Additionally, each bathroom comes with four towels, four hand towels, four wash clothes, and one makeup washcloth.

For beachgoers, we offer four beach chairs, eight beach towels, one umbrella, one beach cart, and a variety of beach toys.
