What's more, the brand new living room sectional sofa is a queen sleeper with super-comfy memory foam. Guest have private access to the entire home and garage. Includes: 4 brand new beach cruiser bicycles, 4+ beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, beach towels, pool towels, etc. Check-in is contact free.
Other things to note
The southern exposure pool is electric heated to 85 degrees all year. No worries, it's always warm! This upscale home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the beach by car, 10 minutes by bike (provided), or a 20-30 minute walk.
Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
