We’ve stayed at this property twice, the location is nice for an off-beach property with some restaurants nearby. The views from the lanai are great, and you can watch sunrise down the hallway. The condo is spacious and nicely furnished. We had one issue where the beach lounge chairs were not in the property, the manager had some lawn chairs shipped the next day. We appreciate the prompt response, but replacement chairs were not beach loungers, just chairs-in-a-bag that we had no interest lounging in, so we did have to rent chairs at the Marriott (24/day for 2 ppl). You could say that’s a personal preference, but looking around at the beach there wasn’t a single chair like this in sight so I think majority of people don’t sit in these chairs at the beach. As a fellow VRBO property owner, my only complaint about this property is that they don’t provide basic cleaning supplies (e.g. dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.). As a vacationer, I don’t want to spend money on basic necessities for a week long stay. I think this is something the property owner should provide, and frankly would want to provide so that guests can keep their property clean. The listing indicated “soap” was provided, but they clarified this was only 1 bar of soap to wash hands with. So, be prepared to BYO or buy these necessities. The arm chairs in the living room are showing signs of dirt/wear and would benefit from a cleaning.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Very clean, pretty and lovely condo. Sitting on the lanai watching the boats go by was so peaceful. Any of the residents we encountered were also lovely. Would love to stay again and again.

PROS: Beautiful location. We loved the property grounds! The fishing pier was amazing we caught a lot of fish. We watched the dolphins playing everyday from the balcony. The heated pool was truly heated perfect temperature for swimming even on the cooler days. CONS: the parking gate was broken which caused the barcode to not work so we were unable to enter the gate via car for two days. The other con was the unit was not clean and ready when we arrived. The property management did reach out to the housekeeping manager and they did come to clean the unit. However for the price paid the expectation was that it would be ready by 4 pm as indicated in the listing. I realize somethings are out of our control but it was strange to walk into a unit that was not clean, no linens on the bed, partially eaten food and used bars of soap. The management company did get the problem corrected quickly so that was very much appreciated. Overall the unit and property were very nice and we would stay here again even with the few bumps in the road we experienced. The property management company quickly corrected the issues and we were able to enjoy our stay with no further problems. Thanks for the lovely getaway!

Great location and beautiful apt. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of pool and tennis etc. Check in time at 4p with no flexibility disappointing, yet we were asked to do laundry of linens before 10am checkout. Room rate good, but fees way out of line and mandatory insurance unnecessary. Refundable deposit would be more fair especially since we followed all rules.

Disappointing

There was construction taking place during our stay. It was loud to the point that we couldn’t sit outside on the deck. We were locked out of the gate the first day. The key fob was not in the room but it was dropped off later that day. We did like the location, on the island and the place was clean.

The condo building we were in was in the middle of a very active loud renovation. There were areas blocked off and loud construction from 8am to 5:30 everyday. My issue is they should have let us know.
