Great place!

Amazing view of water, very clean, has everything you'd need from cooking utensils to beach items. Love the location on south beach - very quiet part of the island, but still close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

The condo was very clean, spacious, and updated nicely. Also plenty of towels, beach stuff, etc. The development was a bit dated for our liking. And while safe, the use of a million keys to get everywhere was a pain. Decent for the price and the beach was pretty.

Nicely furnished and decorated. Not use to using keys to get everywhere on the property, but we got used to it. They also have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and a cooler to use, which was very helpful.

Getting away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a nice time at this dated condo. Great view easy to get to. The maintenance staff was very helpful and did a fine job when we needed them. Some work needs to be done on squeaking sliding doors. Just a matter of the owner caring. New kitchen was nice. Rooms were small. Harborview office hard to find even with the address difficult to see there sign.
