BEACHFRONT/OCEANFRONT SOUTH SEAS T4,15th Floor Ocean views, Sunsets in Paradise!

Well-maintained 2 bedroom 2 bath spacious condo located on the 15th floor overlooking the heated pool with fantastic views down the white sand of Crescent beach on Marco Island. The living room and both bedrooms have access to large balcony, offering great views of the ocean and the beach. Have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the balcony while enjoying the sun. You’ll find all the amenities of home, including Wi-Fi and large TV in living room. The Master Bedroom Ensuite has a NEW Walk-in shower FALL OF 2025 with a KING BED, flat screen TV, closet. The Second Bedroom has 2 twin beds and closet with a second bathroom has tub/shower which is across the hallway.
Beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, cooler & ice packs in freezer, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets & pickleball paddles provided!
This gated private complex is beautifully landscaped with plenty of walking paths, tennis and pickle ball courts, fishing and boat access on the canal side of the complex. A fitness room, and a large pool to enjoy with many chaise lounges. Immaculate and convenient common laundry on every floor for guests to use for a minimal fee. South Seas Condominiums charge a onetime fee of $100 for each vehicle (subject to change) due upon arrival/registration at office in Tower 3.

Shopping with an abundance of restaurants for your pleasure, some within walking distance. For those looking for more of an adventure, wave runners, parasailing and windsurfing are minutes away from the complex.

The beautiful white sand of Crescent beach and shelling is awesome!

This was our third time staying in this building, but our favorite unit of the three. The condo was clean, appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. The towels were nice. The place was nicely decorated, and everything felt clean and new. There is a nice large screen tv in the living room and in the master bedroom. All of the amenities you would look for in a vacation rental. What really stood out was how thoughtfully it was equipped. Beyond the basics, there were lots of outlets for charging electronics. There was Tupperware for leftovers. Sharp knives for cooking. Chip clips. Plenty of clothes hangers in the closets. A laundry basket. Beach chairs and umbrellas and a football for beach days. Pickleball and tennis rackets. Even word search and crossword puzzles - very thoughtfully equipped. Mary, the property manager/owner was very responsive to texts. She laid out clear instructions for check in and check out, offered suggestions for local dining and entertainment. A great hostess. When we return to Marco Island next, odds are we’ll look to stay in this unit again!

Spring Break 2025

The view is amazing! Lots of shopping and restaurants within a 1 mile radius. Communication with owner was wonderful! Condo was fully stocked with chairs for beach, pickle ball and even some games that my teens had fun playing and remembering when they were little..

Paradise

Mary’s condo is the absolute best condo my husband and I have stayed. The views are incredible. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever want or need. Plenty of beach supplies including chairs, towels, bags and toys. The building itself is impeccably clean. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Spring Break Vacation

The view, Beautiful! Just Beautiful! Needless to say both Bedrooms and living room have sliding doors with view of beach/pool…..and access the balcony. Mary was very helpful from the moment we booked. We took several recommendations to eat and things to do, we were very pleased with all of it! Checking in/out seamless. This condo complex gives you the best chances to see, walk, enjoy both TigerTail Beach and Marco Beach. It’s on the 15th floor full sun from sunrise until 3pm, starts full shade. Which works wonderfully after a day full of sun at beach/pool. My teenagers enjoyed the pickleball/tennis courts, Bocce, putting green, shuffleboard, cornhole all a 5min walk on complex. The Pool! The Beach! I enjoyed walking the beach every morning or around the South Seas complex which has lots of paved walking paths.. my teenagers walked or biked to (5min bike/10min walk) Doreen’s Cup of Joe is a Marco gem for breakfast/lunch!! Worth it!! . The area is definitely safe for teenagers to ride bikes around without having to worry. We are back home and will miss our view from the balcony…. Sun in Paradise Thanks again Mary!

Comfortable and relaxing! Great views!

Beautiful place to stay! Drinking coffee on the lanai in the sunshine everyday. The view overlooking the pool and beach is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. The furniture in living room was like brand new and so comfortable to relax in after a day in the pool or being on the beach. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Very clean and with the neutral furnishings made for a very relaxing 2 week stay. We will be back to visit again next year. You can’t go wrong in staying here!

Wonderful Stay!

We spent a week at the property and had an amazing time. Mary the owner was so helpful preping us for the stay. Checkin was very easy, and all the staff at the property were so kind. The condo has a beautiful view from the each of the rooms and balcony. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make the week feel like home. Highly recommend this condo. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

A little piece of Heaven

This was a sisters trip and it couldn’t have been better. Everything was immaculate. We have never stayed in a condo this clean and it had all the comforts of home. We lacked for nothing. I personally slept in the king bed and it was very comfortable. The balcony is very large and the views of the beach are breathtaking. The whole complex is so well maintained. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
